Billing schedule and payment terms

- Standard billing: fees are payable either annually or termly in advance. Examinations are charged separately.
- Payment by instalment is possible only by prior written agreement on a case-by-case basis; any such agreement must be in writing and additional charges for instalment arrangements may apply.
- Late payments: the college reserves the right to charge interest on overdue sums at 2% per month (calculated daily) plus administration and recovery costs. Failure to pay may lead to refusal of attendance, withholding of examination access, or other contract remedies.
- All listed fees may be subject to VAT where applicable; VAT treatment is adjusted if required by law and may change between booking and provision of services. Where VAT applies it will be charged in addition to the published fee unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Refunds and cancellation

- Registration fees are non-refundable. Fees for an agreed academic programme are not refundable except as specified in the college terms. Refunds for unused extras may be given or credited at the end of attendance but are net of any foreign-exchange losses and bank or card charges; a management charge of £150 may be deducted on cancellation refunds except where waived in specified circumstances.
- Statutory right to cancel: Clients have the statutory right to cancel an agreement within 14 days of agreeing the Terms and Conditions; a refund will be made by the same method of payment within 14 days where this right is validly exercised. Fees for services already provided up to the time of cancellation must be paid.
- Once educational services have commenced, fees are generally not refundable. Cases of serious illness or genuine hardship may be considered on written request. No refund is normally made for absence due to illness, visa refusal (except as specified in the terms), or voluntary discontinuation.

Fee payment methods and practical notes

- Payment methods accepted for college services and exam/proctoring payments include debit or credit card and bank transfer. Cheques and cash are not accepted for some services. Bank transfer and card payments are commonly used; any transfer costs or bank charges are the payer's responsibility.
- Payments, refunds, and any third-party payments remain the responsibility of the named parents/clients unless the college has agreed otherwise in writing. Refunds will be net of card or transfer charges and any foreign-exchange losses.

If you require these figures presented exactly as annual and per-term amounts for every programme listed above, the numbers included give both annual totals and (where applicable) a straightforward per-term division based on a three-term academic year.
