Application and one‑off fees

Other costs and additional charges
- Supplementary invoices are issued (for example, in November and March) for additional expenses such as airport transfers and other incidental charges; such extras are billed separately from tuition and boarding.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Joining in August: fees are payable in two equal instalments — one in August and one in December. Joining in January: fees are payable in two instalments. Supplementary invoices for additional expenses may be issued in November and March.
Refund information
- The registration (application) fee is non‑refundable. The acceptance deposit (GBP 11,050) is refundable on completion of the course, less any incidentals and sundries charged to the student account.
