Fees

Annual tuition at Beaumont School ranges from USD 21,000 for 2026/27.

Application fees

- Beaumont does not publish a separate Beaumont application fee on its public admissions pages. A $35 fee is required when submitting a FACTS Grant & Aid application for tuition assistance.

Tuition (2026–2027 academic year)

- Annual tuition: USD 21,000 per student for the 2026–2027 school year. This single tuition amount applies to the high-school year groups (grades 9–12); Beaumont publishes a flat annual tuition rather than separate amounts by grade.

Term / payment structure and billing schedule

- Beaumont invoices and collects tuition through an annual billing cycle managed with FACTS Payment Plan registration. Key recurring timing used by the school:
- June: FACTS Payment Plan registration.
- July: Tuition payments begin for the current school year.
- August: Financial obligations must be current to begin first-semester classes.
- October / December / January / April / May: Financial obligations milestones are enforced for interim/semester report cards, the start of second semester, and release of grades/transcripts; tuition payments conclude for the academic year in April.

- Beaumont provides tuition plans via FACTS; specific installment schedules (monthly, quarterly, etc.) are established through FACTS when families enroll in a FACTS Payment Plan.

Enrollment / registration and recurring fees

- New-student non-refundable one-time enrollment (registration) fee: USD 500, due at the time of new-student registration. This fee is non-refundable.

- Annual technology fee: USD 400 per year, assessed annually to support technology and student activities.

Boarding

- Boarding is not applicable. Beaumont operates as an all-girls Catholic high school (day school) for grades 9–12.

Other costs and typical incidental fees

- FACTS Grant & Aid application fee (for families applying for tuition assistance): USD 35 at time of FACTS submission.

- Parking permit (student): USD 100 (first-come, first-paid basis); permits purchased during the second semester, if available, are USD 50.

- Swipe-card replacement: USD 15 non-refundable replacement fee if a swipe card is lost.

- Uniform and spirit-store items are available through approved vendors (Schoolbelles, Lands' End and the school Spirit Store); specific prices for uniform items and spirit wear are set by those vendors and the Spirit Store. Beaumont lists required uniform items but does not publish vendor price lists on the tuition page.

Refunds and withdrawal-related terms

- The USD 500 new-student enrollment fee is explicitly non-refundable.

- For student withdrawals, Beaumont requires that all financial obligations be met before transcripts or records are released. The school's continuous-enrollment and withdrawal provisions state that financial obligations remain until formally satisfied. Families should expect withdrawal-related administrative requirements and settlement of outstanding balances before records are processed.

Fee payment options

- Tuition and incidental charges are processed through FACTS Tuition/Payment Management. Families enroll in a FACTS Payment Plan to set an installment schedule and to manage recurring payments.

- FACTS supports payment by automatic bank draft (ACH) and by credit/debit card where the school allows those methods; card transactions may incur a convenience fee assessed by FACTS. The exact payment methods available to a family (ACH, credit/debit card) and any card convenience fees are determined and disclosed when enrolling in the FACTS agreement.

Parent Experience

History

Beaumont School traces its origins to 1850 when four Ursuline nuns and a laywoman opened the school at 50 Euclid Avenue in Cleveland, serving about 300 girls. In 1854, Ohio granted a charter for the Ursuline Academy of Cleveland. In 1942, the school moved to a 27‑acre campus in Cleveland Heights and was renamed Beaumont School for Girls. Beaumont opened a Spiritual Life Center after a 2003 board decision, and the center began serving as a hub for student spiritual, academic and social activities in 2004. A STEM expansion opened in January 2015, and in 2020 The Heart of Beaumont Campaign was announced to upgrade student spaces.

Community

Beaumont offers a range of clubs—from Culinary Club to Model UN—so students can pursue diverse interests. Together with your Beaumont sisters, you'll learn what it means to make a difference in your school, your community, and the world. You'll feel the Beaumont community everywhere—from lunch with friends to the hallways, on stage, and on the field.

Parent Teacher Association (PTA)

Beaumont has active Parents groups, including the Beaumont Mothers' Club and the Beaumont Fathers' Club. Every mom/grandma/mom figure of a Beaumont daughter is automatically a member of the Beaumont Mothers' Club, established in 1953, which contributes to staff and students through events and service. Meetings are held at 6:30 pm in the Krupansky Library and Media Center, and 2024–2025 officers include President Lucy Todaro. The Fathers' Club invites male guardians and friends to join meetings and events; its main goal is to provide financial contributions for student scholarships and school projects and to provide volunteers for activities. A notable Fathers' Club event is the Chili Cook-Off.
