After School Activities (ASAs) provide opportunities across interest areas after school every day. The programme includes basketball, soccer, Lego, robotics, tennis, gymnastics, fencing, Karate, and dance. ASAs run from 3:45 to 4:45 pm for Early Years through High School. Sign-ups are managed through SchoolsBuddy on a first-come, first-served basis, with block dates published each term.

Global Campus's Social Purpose programme includes learning about the UN SDGs and UNICEF's Global Challenge. The Share a Dream initiative focuses on social outreach across BIS Houston and Nord Anglia peers. British International School of Houston is an international day school providing education for ages 3 to 18 in Katy, Texas.
