Billing schedule and payment terms

- Available payment plans: Single-Payment, Two-Payment, and Ten-Month Payment plans processed through the school's Smart Tuition system. The Ten-Month plan carries an annual administrative fee (assessed per student).
- The school calculates monthly Ten-Month installments by taking (Total Expenses - Total Deductions) ÷ 10. Total Expenses explicitly includes tuition, the first registration fee, and other fees.
- Payments under installment plans are automatically debited on scheduled dates (1st or 15th of each month) as enrolled in Smart Tuition.

Other costs and typical additional fees

- Additional, grade-linked fees apply in addition to tuition and may include registration (first-registration) fees and other program or activity charges. These additional fees are treated as part of Total Expenses when calculating installment amounts.
- The school participates in a Tuition Refund Plan (optional coverage and premiums). Premiums and coverage details are provided through the plan; premium charges and timing are handled according to the plan terms.

Refund information

- A Tuition Refund Plan option is available to provide protection for a portion of unused tuition under qualifying withdrawal conditions; details and claim rules are specified in the plan documentation and premiums are handled separately from base tuition. Refunds of tuition balances follow the school's published refund/withdrawal and Tuition Refund Plan terms.

Other administrative and one-time fees (policies commonly applied)

- The school requires one-time registration/enrollment deposits and fees as part of enrollment procedures; these deposits are non-refundable and are applied toward tuition when noted in the school's enrollment terms. The balance due under payment plans is defined as tuition less any enrollment deposit.
- The Ten-Month payment plan administrative fee and returned-check fee (USD 35) are applied as described above.
