ISLA operates four campuses across the Los Angeles area. The Los Feliz Campus (Preschool–5th) is at 4155 Russell Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90027, and the Los Feliz Early Learning Center is at 2714 St George St, Los Angeles, CA 90027. The West Valley Campus (Preschool–5th) is at 5933 Lindley Ave, Tarzana, CA 91356, and the Pasadena Campus (Preschool–5th) is at 30 N Marion Ave, Pasadena, CA 91106. The Burbank Campus (6th–12th) is at 1105 W Riverside Dr, Burbank, CA 91506.

- Installment plan: required non‑refundable fees are paid at enrollment and the tuition balance is processed in installments over 11 months, from July through May. After enrollment payment, families receive an activation link to create a Smart Tuition / Blackbaud Tuition Management account and must set up that account (account setup is required within three business days of receiving the activation link).
- Many fees are explicitly non‑refundable (see the non‑refundable fee items and total non‑refundable deposit above).

Boarding
- Boarding is not applicable. The school operates four day campuses (Los Feliz, Pasadena, West Valley for Preschool–5; Burbank for grades 6–12).

Other costs (apparel, optional activities)
- An official school apparel/shop is available through the school's apparel portal.
