Portland, Oregon. L'Etoile operates two campuses in Portland: a Preschool Campus at 5839 SW Hood Avenue (97239) and an Elementary Campus at 68 SW Miles Street (97219). The Johns Landing area hosts the campuses, serving families from Multnomah, Sellwood–Moreland, Burlingame and Hillsdale. Hours are Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–6:00 PM.
Preschool Campus serves ages 2 years through Pre-K; Elementary Campus serves Kindergarten through 5th Grade.

School hours are 8:30 am–3:00 pm; preschool half-day pickup at 12:00 pm; before care starts at 7:30 am for children 3 and older; after care runs 3:00–6:00 pm. Before- and After-care fees

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Monthly Plan: Installment payments are due the first of each month, beginning September 1 and ending June 1 (ten monthly installments).
- Semi-Annual Plan: Two payments due August 1 and January 1; a 2% discount is applied to the remaining academic-program tuition balance on the semi-annual plan.
- Annual Plan: Single tuition payment due August 1; discounts apply to the academic-program tuition balance based on student start date (discount structure applied to annual payments as noted in billing terms).
- Preferred payment method: ACH debit to the designated bank account (no additional fee). Payments by credit card incur an additional surcharge.
Payment policies, proration, changes and notices
- All fees are non-refundable.
- For preschool programs, full monthly tuition applies for students who start between the 1st and 15th of a month; students who start after the 15th are charged 50% prorated tuition for that month.
- Requested schedule changes or withdrawals require a 30-day advance written notice.
Boarding
- Boarding is not applicable; the school operates as day programs (preschool through elementary) and does not offer residential/boarding accommodations.
Refunds and cancellations
- All fees are stated as non-refundable. Any exceptions or specific refund arrangements are not stated in the fee schedule.
Accepted payment types
- ACH debit (preferred, no surcharge). Credit card payments are accepted but carry an additional surcharge. Additional payment methods and enrollment-account access are managed through the school's enrollment/parent account systems.
L'Etoile French Immersion School is a private preschool through 5th grade in Portland, with two campuses: Hood Avenue for preschool and Miles Street for elementary. It offers a full French Ministry of Education curriculum organized in cycles: Petite Section, Moyenne Section, Grande Section; CP-CM2 in primary. Instruction is bilingual, with about 75% of learning in French and 25% in English, taught by native French teachers. About 90% of the faculty are certified by the French MoE. The calendar mirrors public schools; the academic day runs 8:30 am–3:00 pm, with aftercare 3:00–6:00 pm and optional early drop-off. Facilities include indoor gyms on both campuses and the Fulton Park auditorium used as a community space when not in use.
