NBPS integrates social-emotional learning across the school. Teachers implement programs including N.E.S.T., Brain Breaks, Mindfulness, and Character Education to support students' well-being and social development.
Lighthouse Point Academy offers specialized classes for students with mild specific learning disabilities, based on psycho-educational evaluation. LPA classes provide individualized, tailored instruction within NBPS's curriculum, with ESE-certified teachers. All students enrolling must have a full psycho-educational evaluation, with reevaluations every three years. Class sizes are small, typically around 9 to 12 students.
Lower School LPA provides reading and expressive language supports. Middle School LPA continues to offer reading and expressive language supports to assist language development.

North Broward Preparatory School is a co-educational day and boarding institution located on an 80-acre campus in Coconut Creek, Florida.
