Language Provision

Immersion Programs

Travel Study is a primary curriculum feature. It enables Snowden students to travel abroad for immersive learning and gain firsthand experiences with people of other cultures; language study and intercultural understanding are emphasized. Since the school's inception, students have participated in travel study and exchanges, visiting Holland, Canada, France, Germany, China, Japan, Spain, England, Taiwan, Jamaica, Mongolia, Russia, Costa Rica, Mexico, Italy, Rwanda, Morocco, and Belize. Some programs involve hosting visiting students; families commit to hosting.
