Windermere Prep sits on a well-landscaped 48-acre campus in Southwest Orange County, Florida, adjacent to Lake Cypress with green spaces integrated into the learning and residential spaces. The campus spans Lower, Middle, and High School buildings, athletic facilities, the Cypress Center for the Arts, residential townhouses, and outdoor spaces. The Cypress Center for the Arts features a 535-seat theatre and a 55-foot-wide stage. The athletic facilities total 330,000 square feet and include a Tennis Academy and Swim Academy on campus, along with a Sports Performance Center. Residential life is supported by transformed townhouses that provide housing close to campus.
The facilities devoted to sports and athletics include an indoor gymnasium and a sports performance center with a weight-room. A multifunctional field serves soccer, football, and lacrosse, with a surrounding track. An aquatic center houses a large swimming pool. Tennis courts and sand volleyball courts are available. Baseball and softball fields are on campus.
