Windermere Preparatory School is an international day and boarding school in Orlando, Florida. It is part of the Nord Anglia Education family of premium international schools. The school upholds crest values of Unitas, Veritas, and Virtus. It offers the International Baccalaureate and is a Candidate School for the IB Primary Years Programme and Middle Years Programme, pursuing authorization as an IB World School. It operates a boarding program on a second campus for grades 7–12.
Windermere Prep hosts a diverse, global student body with a residential community on a second campus. The Nord Anglia network provides access to Global Campus and the annual Nord Anglia Global Games hosted at Windermere Prep. The Cypress Center for the Arts offers professional-grade facilities for drama, voice, dance, and the arts, complemented by Juilliard masterclasses for performing arts. Students engage in service and leadership through groups such as the National Honor Society and student-led initiatives like Play for Keeps and Lend a Paw.
Windermere Prep Parent Volunteer Association (WPVA) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit providing support for the educational and recreational needs of students through enrichment programs while promoting a sense of community to encourage school spirit and pride through planned events. The WPVA is always looking for dynamic volunteers for the 2025-26 school year. Volunteer opportunities include Lower School Room Coordinator, Lower School Party Volunteer, Lower School Holiday Shop Volunteer, Middle School Mania Volunteer, Picture Day Volunteer, Used Uniform Volunteer, Teacher Appreciation Week Volunteer, Concessions Volunteer, Adult Social Volunteer, and Lower/Middle School Book Fair Volunteers. Windermere Preparatory School is a day and boarding school in Orlando, Florida, part of Nord Anglia Education family. It serves students aged 3 to 18 on a 48-acre campus by Lake Cypress, with boarding facilities for grades 7–12. The school delivers the International Baccalaureate across the Primary Years, Middle Years, and Diploma Programmes, with the Diploma Programme guiding most pre-university study; AP courses are also offered in the high school. IB subjects are organized into six groups: English, Mathematics, Science, Social Science, World Language, and the Fine and Performing Arts. Lower and Middle Schools emphasize core subjects, languages, and character development; High School provides a broad IB curriculum and AP options.
