Social and Emotional Learning (SEL)

The school emphasizes the harmonious development of IQ, EQ, and VQ, prioritizing emotional intelligence, psychological comfort, and healthy growth. The Soft Skills program shows children learn to communicate with peers, express personal opinions, generate ideas, present projects, work in a team, and lead their own activities. A psychologist and a speech therapist work with children, including in kindergarten. Teachers are international specialists, and the school provides an individual progress track with regular parent feedback. There is a non-evaluative system that avoids public grading and focuses on development and empathy, with progress shared with parents on a regular basis.

English as an Additional Language (EAL)

The educational program includes English as a language of instruction; kindergarten offers a learning program in two languages with immersion in an English-speaking environment and daily English. The program also features English and Chinese among its offerings, with subjects taught under the IB framework in English. Students progress through an IB-aligned curriculum with exposure to languages and international-standard subjects.

Mental Wellbeing

A psychologist works with children, including in kindergarten, and the program emphasizes emotional intelligence and psychological comfort. The generation of the future focuses on mindfulness, communication, teamwork, and healthy emotional and mental development, aiming for graduates who can build a happy and successful life and career.

Safeguarding

From the first day, children learn basic rules of behavior, with a system that encourages students to contribute to rule-making and to understand personal boundaries. There is an emphasis on equality and respectful communication, with teachers and psychologists helping students establish boundaries and feel heard. The school maintains regular progress feedback to parents to keep them involved in the learning process. Staff include international specialists who contribute to a safe, supportive learning environment and individualized student support.

International Talent Academy is a full-cycle international school in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, offering an IB program across PYP, MYP and DP. Instruction is in English and Chinese, with a blended Russian‑English Diploma environment and alignment with Uzbek and Russian standards. Kindergarten begins at age 3 with English immersion and five meals; School runs from age 7 to 15, with daily English, an option to study a second foreign language, psychologist support, project‑based learning, and three meals. The Diploma Programme follows six subject groups at Higher and Standard Levels and includes Theory of Knowledge, Extended Essay and CAS, preparing students for university. Learning emphasizes real‑life tasks and an integrated focus on IQ, EQ and VQ. The campus on 3.7 acres near an eco‑park houses equipped classrooms, a gym, a choreography hall, rooms for creativity, a tennis court and green outdoor spaces. An IB coordinator leads the program within a social project ethos.
