AVE Academy International School Nha Trang operates three campuses in the An Vien and An Viên districts of Nha Trang, Vietnam. The Key Stage I campus is No.31 – DL A5, 2D Street, An Vien; the Key Stage II campus is E3 E4 1G Street, An Vien; and the Key Stage III & i-GCSE campus is Lô 76D, ô DLA 1, 2E Street, An Viên.

Students study from Monday to Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm, with morning and afternoon breaks and a 1-hour lunch break on each campus. The school calendar combines Vietnamese and Western holidays, with about 200 school days per year. Holidays include Christmas, Vietnamese New Year and Easter; there are mid-term breaks in Winter and Spring; summer holidays run from late June to early September.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Payment frequency options: monthly, quarterly, bi‑yearly (half‑year) or yearly (full-year) payment options are available.
- Monthly tuition payments must be paid no later than the 7th of each month. Payments made after the 7th incur a 5% late fee; payments made after the 15th incur a 7% late fee. Failure to pay as agreed may result in refusal of continued enrollment, suspension of the student, and withholding of school records until fees are paid.
- Currency conversion: when payments are made in USD the school converts amounts to VND at the Vietcombank exchange rate and reserves the right to change the exchange rate during the school year.
Boarding / accommodation
- AVE Academy operates as a day school with multiple campuses and a dedicated daily bus service for student pickup and drop-off; a boarding program is not listed among campus services and boarding fees are not applicable.
Refunds and refund conditions
- Registration and administration fees are non-refundable.
- Full‑year payment (10‑month) refund rule: if a student unenrolls during the first semester, the payer can receive the full tuition back for the second semester (the remaining 5 months); if the student unenrolls in the second semester, no refund is granted.
- Half‑year payment (5‑month) refund rule: there is no refund granted after 30 days; a full refund is available only if notice is given within the first 30 days and with the required 2‑week departure notice procedures.
- Illness: if a child is ill for longer than five days and provides a medical note, a full refund on affected service fees will be granted for the days missed; refunds are prorated to the following month. Refunds are not offered for students dismissed for behavioural misconduct.
- Vacation: there is no refund on tuition fees for vacation leave. Service fees may be refunded if the school is notified one month in advance and travel documents are provided.
- Natural disasters/government school closure: no refund on tuition fees; service fees are prorated. Global pandemic policy: if a pandemic lasts longer than one month, full‑year or half‑year payers' tuition and service fees will be prorated to the following academic year.
