Hanoi Toronto School delivers a program based on the Ontario (Canada) curriculum, leading to the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) in high school. Students in Kindergarten to Grade 5 follow a bilingual pathway combining English instruction with Vietnamese subjects required by the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET). From Grade 6 onward, students continue with the Ontario curriculum, with increasing emphasis on English-medium learning and subject specialization. In Grades 9–12, students complete OSSD coursework, including credit-based subjects assessed through continuous evaluation rather than external high-stakes exams. The school also offers a dual-diploma option in which students complete requirements for both the OSSD and the Vietnamese High School Diploma.
Hanoi Toronto School (HTS) in Hanoi’s Cầu Giấy district offers children ages 4–18 a bilingual Canadian–Vietnamese education combining the Ontario curriculum with Vietnamese MOET standards. Students follow either a fully Cambridge Ontario-based program or a dual-diploma pathway, earning the Canadian Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) — and in the dual track, also the Vietnamese High School Diploma. The campus features STEAM labs, makerspaces, indoor sports areas, rooftop gardens, and specialized arts and technology rooms, supporting hands-on learning in science, technology, art and more. Students can explore interests through clubs such as Coding & Robotics, Culinary Arts, Drama and Chess. Classes are delivered primarily in English, with Vietnamese bilingual support, enabling students to develop strong English fluency while staying connected to Vietnamese language and culture. A school-bus service is available to support commuting families. HTS aims to prepare students for global opportunities while grounding learning in a bilingual, multicultural context.
