Billing schedule, payment terms and discounts

Full annual payment is required by 18 July 2025 for the 2025–26 academic year; termly payments are due before the start of each term as invoiced. Enrolment after the start of term: if enrolling during the first half of a term full term payment is required; if enrolling during the second half, 50% of that term is payable.

- Early‑bird and promotional discounts: a 3% early‑bird discount is available (applies to Years 2–13 when fees are paid by the early‑bird date); special promotions for EYC and Year 1, ParkCity residents and experience day registrants are also offered in the applicable year and apply per the school's incentives. Boarding

Other costs and routine charges

Refunds and withdrawal

- Tuition refunds: refunds of pre‑paid annual tuition are granted only when full‑year tuition has been paid in advance and written notice of withdrawal is submitted at least one full academic term before the intended withdrawal date. Refunds are made after deduction of any incentives applied for advance payment and any pending expenses. Refund scale for 2025–26: if notice is received before 19 August 2025, 60% of the annual tuition is refundable; if notice is received before 6 January 2026, 30% of the annual tuition is refundable; after 6 January 2026 there is no refund of the annual tuition.
