ISPH offers a broad co-curricular programme with options in sports, arts, computing, science, craft and soft-skills that complement the academic curriculum. The programme includes science and computing activities as part of academic enrichment, with a science club and related activities available among the options. Each term, around 50 clubs and activities are available to students. CCAs are either teacher-led and free of charge, or paid Specialist CCAs led by external experts, and they run after school Monday to Friday; students may attend multiple clubs.
ISPH provides arts and creative activities through its co-curricular offerings and campus facilities. The campus houses Drama, Dance and Music studios and Creative Arts workshops to support performing arts and visual arts. Students can engage in performing arts and visual arts through after-school activities, supported by the Creative Arts pathway.
ISPH offers Vietnamese, Mandarin and Spanish at beginner or advanced levels as part of the curriculum. The language programme is enriched by events such as Language Assembly and End of Year Spanish Projects, and by language-related cultural activities. The school also hosts culture-focused events such as the Culture Carnival and language assemblies.
ISPH offers a wide range of after-school Co-Curricular Activities (CCAs) spanning sports, arts, computing, science, crafts and soft-skills. CCAs take place after school from Monday to Friday, and students may join multiple clubs to suit their interests. The school also supports student leadership and social engagement through a Student Council and the House system, which provide informal social and team-building opportunities.
ISPH runs community action through COALS (Community Action by ISPH) with long-term community enrichment projects and donations to support people affected by natural disasters; students participate in service-learning and outreach activities. Activities are designed to develop caring and responsible citizenship among students.
ISPH provides leadership development through formal student leadership roles. The Student Council represents students in Primary and Secondary, with elected representatives and leadership responsibilities across school enrichment activities; Head Students and Prefects hold leadership roles. The House system includes House Captains and prefects to foster leadership across year groups. The school has hosted leadership-focused programs such as the HMC Young Global Leaders Program in partnership with Harvard Model Congress.
ISPH facilities support wellbeing and physical activity, including a heated Olympic-size indoor swimming pool, gymnasium, basketball and tennis courts, and an astro turf sports field. The campus includes specialist suites for Music and Drama and Creative Arts, and an Outdoor Learning & Trips programme that promotes active learning and wellbeing. The school promotes a holistic approach to health and fitness through both facilities and structured outdoor experiences.
