Billing schedule, payment terms and discounts

- Payment options: Option A — annual payment (discounted whole annual tuition); Option B — termly payments (Term 1 = 40% of the termly total, Term 2 = 30%, Term 3 = 30%). Full annual payment is required by 18 July 2025 for the 2025–26 academic year; termly payments are due before the start of each term as invoiced. Enrolment after the start of term: if enrolling during the first half of a term full term payment is required; if enrolling during the second half, 50% of that term is payable.

- Early‑bird and promotional discounts: a 3% early‑bird discount is available (applies to Years 2–13 when fees are paid by the early‑bird date); special promotions for EYC and Year 1, ParkCity residents and experience day registrants are also offered in the applicable year and apply per the school's incentives. Sibling discounts are applied as stated in the schedule (second child tuition discount 5%; third and further child concessions on registration and tuition as listed).

Boarding

- ISPH operates as a day school; boarding is not offered and no boarding fees apply.

Other costs and routine charges

- Uniform: All students are required to wear the school uniform; uniforms are available for purchase at The Shop @ ISPH. Specific uniform prices are not listed in the schedule of fees.
- Transport: School bus services are available through an external/local transport provider; bus charges are separate and are not included in the tuition figures above. Specific bus fee schedules are handled separately by the transport provider or Admissions Office.
- Other incidental or programme charges: charges for examination entries, external excursions, optional co‑curricular activities, learning materials, specialist trips or other incidental items may be invoiced in addition to tuition; such items and any associated costs are billed separately and are deducted from any refunds as applicable.

Refunds and withdrawal

- Deposit: the Security Deposit (VND 35,000,000) will be refunded in full if written notice of withdrawal is received by the school at least one full academic term in advance.
- Tuition refunds: refunds of pre‑paid annual tuition are granted only when full‑year tuition has been paid in advance and written notice of withdrawal is submitted at least one full academic term before the intended withdrawal date. Refunds are made after deduction of any incentives applied for advance payment and any pending expenses. Refund scale for 2025–26: if notice is received before 19 August 2025, 60% of the annual tuition is refundable; if notice is received before 6 January 2026, 30% of the annual tuition is refundable; after 6 January 2026 there is no refund of the annual tuition.

ISPH is a day school in ParkCity Hanoi, offering the British Curriculum with IPC, Cambridge IGCSE, Cambridge International AS Levels and Cambridge A Levels for students aged 3 to 18. The Primary School follows the English National Curriculum enhanced by IPC, with a focus on social and emotional development and personalised teaching, including EAL support. The Secondary School continues ENC as a natural progression, with Key Stages 3 and 4 and a Sixth Form, preparing students for IGCSE years in international and local contexts. Opened in 2019, ISPH grew from around 70 students to over 300, and its first A-Level cohort graduated in 2025. The campus includes a spacious library, a heated indoor pool, a gym, basketball and tennis courts, an astro turf stadium, specialist suites for Science, Music and Drama, IT & Technology, and Creative Arts, a medical centre and CCAs. The campus supports arts, sports and sciences broadly.
