Billing Schedule & Payment Terms

• Sibling Discounts: 5% off tuition for two children; 10–15% for three or more siblings.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
• If withdrawing within Semester 1, parents may receive a refund for Semester 2 tuition paid, after discounts are applied. This is provided that the school receives written withdrawal notice at least 60 days before the semester end.
• Refunds for bus and boarding fees are prorated by unused months after a 7-day written notice.

Japanese International School (JIS) in Hanoi was founded in 2016 and offers education from kindergarten to grade 12 following a blend of the Japanese education model and the Cambridge International Programme.
