It's best to ask — circumstances can change at any time.
The school is located in Hanoi, Vietnam, and was established in 1982; it is directly managed by AEFE. It enrolls over 1,100 students from preschool through terminale. The campus includes a major sports complex occupying about one third of the site and a library system with two libraries, BCDI for primary and CDI for secondary. Two libraries offer books and resources for learning, including novels, comics, mangas, and documentaries, along with orientation resources, Internet access, and a Webradio. An online portal for parents and students (ENT) provides access to digital resources, and a daily school bus service is organized by the LFAY Parent Association with Red River as transport partner.
The sport complex is located in Zone A, on the southern part of the site, and represents about one third of the campus. It includes an eight-metre-high climbing wall (20 metres wide, currently under construction), a 25-metre by 12-metre swimming pool with depths from 1.20 m to 2.50 m. There is a gymnasium for handball, basketball, badminton, and volleyball, a dojo for combat sports and dance, and a multi-sport hall. Additional facilities include a rugby/football stadium and an athletics track.
Two libraries support academic work: BCDI serves primary students, and CDI serves secondary students. The BCDI provides a space for resources and activities for younger learners. The CDI houses novels, comics, mangas, documentaries, orientation resources, Internet access, and a Webradio. A link to the library catalog is provided online.
The Parcours art et culture provides cultural activities and events, including author visits and language-related events. Examples include a visit by Jean-Charles Sarrazin in November 2025, and language-focused activities such as Karambolage for the Mai des langues and the Fête de la mi-automne. The school also hosts Spanish language days and other cultural celebrations through Parcours art et culture, and activities such as the virtual museum and the Webradio support student engagement.
