Let the school know you're thinking of applying — they can share their prerequisites and help you through the process.
It's best to ask — circumstances can change at any time.
1. Initial Inquiry
Parents can contact the Admissions Office through the school website, email, or phone to request information about availability and programs. The school’s team provides details about grade placement, tuition, and required documentation.
2. Campus Visit or Trial
Families are encouraged to schedule a campus visit or participate in a three-day complimentary trial, which allows students to experience classes and teachers before formally enrolling.
3. Application Submission
Parents complete an application form and submit the non-refundable application fee (VND 5,000,000) along with supporting documents such as student reports, birth certificate, and passport copies.
4. Assessment and Interview
Depending on the age group, the school may conduct a placement assessment or an informal interview to understand the child’s learning background and language level. For students needing English support, an EAL evaluation may be included.
5. Offer and Enrolment
Once accepted, families confirm the place by paying the enrolment fee (VND 10,000,000 for Preschool; VND 20,000,000 for Primary and Secondary) and completing registration forms. A Development Fee (VND 25,000,000 annually) is then due to secure the student’s seat for the academic year.
6. Orientation and Start of School
The school provides an induction session for new families and students before the term begins. During this stage, uniforms, meals, and transport arrangements are finalized.
The school does not specify the use of a formal waitlist or pool system. Enrolment is open throughout the year, depending on class availability and capacity. Families are admitted on a rolling basis, and placement depends on available seats in the requested year group.
