Refund and Withdrawal Policy
Written withdrawal notice required two months in advance.
Refunds apply from the following quarter for tuition, bus, and meal fees.
Application, enrolment, and development fees are non-refundable.
No refunds for absences due to holidays or illness.
Payment Terms and Methods
Annual Payment: due by 18 Aug 2025.
Bi-annual Payments: due 18 Aug 2025 and 23 Jan 2026.
Quarterly Payments: due 18 Aug 2025, 30 Oct 2025, 23 Jan 2026, and 7 Apr 2026.
Monthly Payment: available in exceptional cases upon request.
Payments accepted in VND via bank transfer.
Invoices issued after receipt of funds.
