Pathway School's primary program uses project-based, cross-disciplinary learning with thematically linked units that integrate science, history, and geography. The curriculum emphasizes hands-on inquiry and collaboration to develop self-directed learning and problem-solving skills. About half of natural science content is delivered through a STEM approach to reinforce inquiry, collaboration, and communication. From grade 3, students begin the international computing program, including coding with CODE and SCRATCH. The school also hosts Cambridge Primary English examinations annually to support language development.
The Pathway arts offering includes a dedicated music program that nurtures students' inner world through instruments and musical expression, with exposure to both traditional and contemporary music. The Visual Arts program, Mỹ thuật – Nét Vẽ Bình An, encourages students to observe, imagine, and reflect on beauty, helping to balance the mind. Art and music are integrated with emotional education to support holistic development and well-being.
Harmony SEL (Pathway Harmony) provides social-emotional learning focused on diversity, empathy, critical thinking, communication, and relationships. Mindfulness culture is embedded across school life through practices such as a mindfulness bell, mindful meals, sharing circles, and quiet reflection. In elementary, English is delivered as a bilingual program with 10 English periods per week, 40% taught by foreign teachers, and Cambridge English Primary exams held on campus. In secondary, English learning is aligned with CEFR goals (B1 for grade 9 and B2 for grade 12) using updated Oxford/Cambridge materials and AI-assisted learning.
In high school, there are free clubs as part of the program, including Mathematics, Martial Arts, Football, Volleyball, English Debate, English Presentation, and Music. These clubs are designed to develop students' talents and personal interests within the school's activities. Club participation supports peer collaboration, communication, and leadership opportunities outside the core academic curriculum.
High school students are required to participate in volunteering activities inside and outside the school. Volunteer experiences are designed to build leadership, teamwork, cooperation, and a sense of social responsibility through school-led or community-initiated projects.
The school offers career guidance spanning grades 6–12 to help students explore majors and careers, supporting informed pathways into higher education and the workforce. In addition to formal guidance, free clubs and after-school activities provide leadership development, collaboration, and project-management experience. The program emphasizes practical experiences and character development to prepare students for responsible citizenship.
Pathway's primary program centers on seven skill disciplines: Martial Arts, Swimming, Survival, Military Drills, Fine Arts, Music, and Emotional Education. These modules aim to foster physical health, resilience, discipline, and community connection. Music and visual arts activities promote emotional balance and well-being, while the Emotion Education curriculum, Harmony SEL, incorporates mindfulness practices such as mindful bell, meals, sharing circles, and quiet reflection to support inner calm and mental health.
