Pathway School was founded in 2014 as Pathway Tue Duc. From preschool through grade 12, the system expanded with campuses opened over time, growing to about 20 campuses across Ho Chi Minh City. The school is owned by Bach Khoa Education Joint Stock Company. Its culture and curriculum are anchored in the Morality, Wisdom, and Willpower philosophy, which informs daily life, lessons, meals, and activities. Pathway blends Western science with Eastern culture in its approach.
Pathway School's culture centers on five elements: Mindfulness, Kindness, Understanding & Loving, Self-learning, and Warrior. Mindfulness practices are integrated into daily life, including a mindfulness bell, meditation sessions, mindful meals, and staff training. Parental collaboration and engagement are encouraged through the No-bribe culture and related parent participation in school life. The CSR Department and the Sowing Good Seed Fund organize community activities such as COVID relief meals, aid for flood-stricken regions, building libraries, and other charitable projects.
A formal PTA is not described in Pathway School's public materials. Parental involvement is described through collaboration to uphold the No-bribe culture and to support community initiatives led by the CSR Department and the Sowing Good Seed Fund. Families participate in reading programs and book fairs, and Circle Sharing and other culture activities are used to strengthen school-family bonds. The school notes that parents and schools work together to help students learn and grow, though no specific PTA meetings or committees are publicly listed. In summary, parent participation is integrated through culture and community programs rather than a separate PTA structure.
