Term / instalment detail and billing schedule
- Two payment options are published: Yearly payment plan and Termly payment plan. Under the Termly payment plan the fee is split into four instalments with percentages 1st term 35%, 2nd term 25%, 3rd term 25% and 4th term 15%. For annual payment the invoice is due 30 days before the first day of school. Under the termly plan the first instalment is due 30 days before the first day of school and subsequent instalments are due 14 days before the last day of the current term. (Term percentages and the billing timing are published in the school's fees schedule.)
- For clarity, applying the published term percentages to each published annual fee produces these sample term amounts (calculated from the published annual fees and the published instalment percentages):
- International Programme Year 1–3 (annual VND 470,170,000): 1st term (35%) ≈ VND 164,559,500; 2nd term (25%) ≈ VND 117,542,500; 3rd term (25%) ≈ VND 117,542,500; 4th term (15%) ≈ VND 70,525,500. These term amounts are calculated by applying the published instalment percentages to the published annual fee.
- Integrated Programme Year 1–3 (annual VND 243,083,000): 1st term (35%) ≈ VND 85,079,050; 2nd term (25%) ≈ VND 60,770,750; 3rd term (25%) ≈ VND 60,770,750; 4th term (15%) ≈ VND 36,462,450. These term amounts are calculated by applying the published instalment percentages to the published annual fee.
- International Kindergarten Preparatory (annual VND 338,488,000): termly instalments are published as VND 84,622,000 (25% each).
- Integrated Kindergarten Preparatory (annual VND 208,593,000): termly instalments are published approximately as VND 52,149,000 / VND 52,146,000 (four equal terms).
Other costs and recurring charges
- Students' insurance fee, uniform, stationery, book pack and e‑learning pack are listed as payable items; the published fee documents indicate amounts and specific details for these items are provided by the school office rather than as fixed figures in the schedule.
- Meal fees, English as a Foreign Language (EFL) fees, transportation (optional), and miscellaneous expenses such as field trips, camps and other curriculum‑related costs are additional to the published school fees; amounts for these items are shown as payable and are listed as details to be provided by the school office. The International Kindergarten and Integrated Kindergarten fees shown include meals at VND 96,000 per school day as indicated in the kindergarten fee schedules.
Boarding fees
- Boarding is not listed as a fee or option in the published fee schedules for the Ciputra campus; the fee schedules list transportation as an optional additional fee but do not include any boarding charges. Boarding fees are therefore not applicable for the published Ciputra fee schedules.
Refund information
- The published fee documents list required deposits and one‑time fees but do not specify a general refund policy or explicit refund terms for deposits and fees in the fee schedules. The fee documents note that school and other fees may be subject to change. For any specific refund policy or exceptions, the school's administrative office is listed as the contact point in the fee documents.
Fee payment options (methods)
- The published fee schedules set out the invoicing and instalment timing (yearly vs termly) but do not list specific accepted payment methods (for example, bank transfer, credit card, Flywire, etc.) in the fee schedules themselves. Payment method options and bank/payment details are handled by the school's finance office and are not itemised in the published fee annexes.
