St. Paul American School Hanoi is a co-educational day school offering full-time programs for both local and international students. The school does not provide boarding but operates a comprehensive bus service for daily transportation.

A daily bus service is provided for families across Hanoi. Routes cover major residential areas such as Ciputra, Royal City, Keangnam, and Vinhomes Thang Long. The transport service is operated by the school and supervised by staff for student safety.
Application and Enrollment Fees
A non-refundable Application & Assessment Fee of VND 4,220,000 is required for all applicants before testing.
Upon acceptance, families must pay a non-refundable Enrollment Fee of VND 22,100,000 within five working days of receiving the acceptance letter.
The enrollment fee is a one-time payment, applicable for returning students unless re-enrollment occurs after more than two years.

High School (Grades 9–12): VND 777,130,000
Families may choose one of three billing schedules:
Full-Year Payment – no processing fee
Semester Payments – two installments with a 3% processing fee (due July 15 and December 16)
Quarterly Payments – four installments with a 4% processing fee (due July 15, September 22, December 16, and March 11)
Tuition must be paid in full before a student may begin classes.
Additional Fees
Additional charges may apply for school bus service, lunch, uniforms, optional after-school activities, educational trips, and specially hired support staff for individual learning needs.
There is no extra fee for participation in the SPELL (St. Paul English Language Learning) program.

Refund Policy
The Application & Assessment Fee and Enrollment Fee are non-refundable.
The Enrollment Fee is paid once unless the student re-enrolls after an absence of over two years.
