The Hoa Lac Campus serves day and boarding students in grades 9-12. It sits on a 25,000-square-meter site at Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park, about 40 minutes from Hanoi. It offers boarding and day school for students 14 years and up (Grade 9 to 12). Boarding students receive 24-hour supervision by trained staff, with free transportation to Hanoi on Friday afternoons and back on Monday mornings; day students travel to school by bus daily. The campus provides organized after-school and weekend activities, pastoral care, and on-site facilities including a swimming pool, a sport hall, a football field, table tennis, badminton, a common room, study rooms, and laundry services.

The school uses an English-based curriculum for secondary students and provides English Language Development through a robust EAL program. Grades 9-10 follow the IGCSE program with core subjects and school-designed courses in Art, Music, Physical Education, and Film. Grades 11-12 pursue the Cambridge A-Level program, with three to four A-Level subjects plus required courses in English Language, Vietnamese Studies, and electives.
TH School offers organized after-school and weekend activities. The pastoral care is provided by fully-trained staff. The boarding life includes trips on weekends or staying in school for co-curricular activities.
TH School Hòa Lạc is a co-educational day and boarding campus for students in Grades 9–12, located in Hòa Lạc Hi-Tech Park on the western edge of Hanoi. The academic programme combines the International Middle Years Curriculum (IMYC), Cambridge IGCSE and Cambridge International AS & A Levels, taught in English with Vietnamese language and culture integrated throughout. The campus offers science laboratories, a food technology lab, specialist music rooms and arts spaces, supporting programmes such as robotics, STEM projects, music and drama. Boarding facilities include supervised dormitories, common rooms and study spaces, with organised weekend trips and co-curricular activities. Signature community events such as TH School Happiness Day, hosted at Hòa Lạc, bring together families, arts, sports and cultural activities on the school’s large green campus.
