WASS provides boarding for primary and secondary students. The boarding building is located at 17/1 Ho Van Hue, Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City. It is described as offering a comfortable, convenient second home and a community where students live away from home and develop independence. The program serves students coming from different provinces and cities.
Uniforms are required for all students on school days. Students must wear the school uniform when arriving at school, except for extracurricular programs or events announced in advance. For physical education, students wear sports attire and sneakers.
Meals are prepared daily on campus in a modern, fully equipped catering kitchen and served onsite. Students may also bring their own lunchbox if they prefer. A monthly menu is published for different year levels.
WASS operates a four-house system for Primary and Secondary: Apollo, Athena, Zeus, and Asclepius. Apollo is orange, Athena is blue, Zeus is red, and Asclepius is green. The house framework supports competitive activities in academics, sports, and social events and fosters leadership development.
The school is owned and governed by Indochina International Education Development Corporation (IIEDC), the corporate entity behind WASS. The IIEDC branding appears on the site and the copyright is held by IIEDC, indicating it is the parent organization for WASS.
