WASS operates across five campuses in central districts of Ho Chi Minh City. The campuses include Dien Bien Phu (Kindergarten) at 260 Dien Bien Phu St., Nguyen Huu Canh (Kindergarten) at 35 Nguyen Huu Canh St., the Integrated Primary campus at 43 Nguyen Thong St., the Integrated Secondary campus at 84 Ba Huyen Thanh Quan St., and the Ly Chinh Thang International Campus. These central locations provide convenient access for families and are well placed for commuting by car, taxi, or public transport in District 3 and surrounding areas.
WASS offers a full K–12 program. The Ly Chinh Thang International Campus provides Western Australian K-10 International, plus WA International options and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) for Years 11–12; other campuses extend WA curriculum through primary and secondary levels.
WASS is a co-educational school. Historically, it operated boarding facilities at a dormitory site, but current public information does not advertise a boarding program. The school is structured to support both local and international students in a mixed setting.
WASS provides a Learning Support program centered on literacy and independent learning. It includes a multilingual library with dedicated library classes and a Writing Center to develop reading, writing, and research skills across the student body.
WASS is an Australian Overseas School in Vietnam. The school day starts with students arriving by 7:45 a.m., with classes beginning at 8:10 a.m. and finishing at 4:30 p.m. Breakfast is served 7:00–8:30 a.m., and lunch 11:00 a.m.–12:40 p.m., with a light snack during the mid-afternoon break. After-school clubs and activities run from 3:10 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday, depending on the year group.
WASS operates a shuttle bus service with multiple pick-up and drop-off points across Ho Chi Minh City. All buses have seat belts, and trips are monitored by coordinators to ensure student safety. Fees vary by distance, with zones and routes arranged to suit families; details are available through the Admissions department. The bus service operates Monday to Friday, with morning pick-ups typically occurring between 6:15 a.m. and 7:20 a.m.
