Billing schedule and payment terms
- Term billing: Term 1 is payable at enrolment; Term 2 payable before 2 May; Term 3 payable before 5 September.
- All school fees must be paid in advance (either annually or termly).
- Discounts and surcharges: 5% discount for upfront payment of the annual tuition fee (not applicable after the first day of school); 2.5% discount on the first sibling and 5% on subsequent siblings; 10% surcharge applied to instalments or late payments. Payment in instalments requires prior approval.
- Cash acceptance limit: cash payments are not accepted beyond ZMW 1,000.
Mandatory additional fees and levies
- Examination fees: amounts vary by examination board and year; published examples show IGCSE exam fees ZMW 25,000 and IBDP exam fees ZMW 37,500 (subject to change).
- PTA fee: ZMW 500 per family annually (to be deposited to the school PTA account).
- Sports levy: ZMW 500 per child annually.
- Field trip/creativity/activity and service camp levy: ZMW 4,000 per child annually; payable in full by 31 May.
- Graduation fee (final year): ZMW 3,000 for graduating students.
Optional fees and ancillary costs
- Transport (school bus): listed ranges vary by pickup location — shown ranges include ZMW 3,000–3,500 per term (programme-specific listing) and ZMW 3,650–4,150 per term (general listing); bus fees must be paid in advance for the term or year.
- Meals: cafeteria meals are charged per meal; typical listed prices range approximately ZMW 45–65 per meal.
- After‑care: listed options include ZMW 100 per hour per day (hourly rate) and an alternative listing of ZMW 3,000 per term for after‑care.
- Activities, field trips and leadership camps: participation fees are charged when events approach; amounts are communicated prior to the event.
- Uniforms and stationery: uniforms and stationery are available from the school store at the school's published prices. Textbooks are included in school fees; learners in final-year exam classes (IGCSE Year 2, AS/Level, IBDP Year 2) will reuse previous year's textbooks where noted.
Refunds and deposits
- Security deposit is refundable provided a full term's notice is given. No other routine refund provisions are specified in the fee schedule.
Fee payment options and instructions

- Cheque payable to “Pestalozzi Education Centre.”
- Point of sale (EFT‑POS) is accepted.
- Required payment reference: Surname, Name, Grade of the student and family code; proof of payment must be handed to the school finance department or emailed to the school finance address.
Notes on mandatory exam and programme charges
- Exam and external assessment charges are additional to tuition and are confirmed when examination boards publish their fees; parents are responsible for meeting examination payment deadlines.
Enko Pestalozzi International School, Pestalozzi Education Centre, is an IB World School in Ibex Hill, Lusaka. It serves learners from creche to year 12 and offers ECZ national education alongside Cambridge programmes, including Cambridge IGCSE, Cambridge International AS Levels and Cambridge A Levels, plus the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme.
