Application / Enrolment fee
- AUD 250 payable to confirm an offered place; this amount is credited to the family's first school-fees invoice.
Tuition fees — annual and per term (2026 fee schedule amounts)
- Gross base tuition (before any discounts): AUD 5,025 per child.
- 2026 enrolment discount applied by the school: 25% off the base tuition for students enrolling in 2026 (reduces the tuition component to AUD 3,769 per child).
Annual total and per-term breakdown (shown as total per year, then per term — school year is in four terms):
- Foundation (Reception): AUD 4,168 per year — AUD 1,042.00 per term.
- Year 1: AUD 4,150 per year — AUD 1,037.50 per term.
- Year 2: AUD 4,349 per year — AUD 1,087.25 per term.
- Year 3: AUD 4,536 per year — AUD 1,134.00 per term.
- Year 4: AUD 4,537 per year — AUD 1,134.25 per term.
- Year 5: AUD 4,464 per year — AUD 1,116.00 per term.
- Year 6: AUD 4,508 per year — AUD 1,127.00 per term.
- The tuition component shown above includes resource levies, incursions/excursions, the school magazine, student accident insurance and ambulance cover; a separate Education Services Levy (which covers camps, swimming and the Year 6 shirt where applicable) and stationery charges are included in the annual totals above.
Sibling discounts and concessions
- Sibling discounts (applies to younger siblings) — annual amounts:
- 2nd child: AUD 545 per year.
- 3rd child: AUD 1,382 per year.
- 4th child: AUD 2,355 per year.
- Families eligible for a School Card receive a reduction in tuition (School Card example reduction shown as AUD 2,512.50 in the published schedule). Fee-concession arrangements (including up to a stated maximum concession on base tuition for low‑income families) can be negotiated with the Business Manager.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- School fees and charges are billed on an annual basis and invoices are distributed by email. Families may choose payment frequency options via the school's payment system.
- Payment via the FACTS Management Portal (direct-debit) is supported with tailored plans set to annual, termly, monthly, fortnightly or weekly deductions. Families may also negotiate bespoke payment plans with the Business Manager.
- Early payment discount: 2% discount on net tuition fees for full upfront payment of annual school fees by the stipulated date (example listed: 13 February 2026).
- Students enrolled after the beginning of the school year are charged on a pro‑rata basis for the remainder of the year. No reduction is made to fees where a student does not participate in a specific school activity.
Boarding fees
- Boarding is not applicable; Golden Grove Lutheran Primary School is a day primary school (no boarding program).
Other costs and compulsory/optional levies
- Community Services Levy: AUD 156 per family (annual).
- Education Services Levy (compulsory charges varying by year level — covers camps, swimming lessons and the Year 6 shirt where applicable). Specific levy/charge amounts are reflected in the annual totals above.
- Stationery: a year-level stationery charge is applied to the family's fee account and stationery is supplied to students at the start of the school year; stationery amounts vary by year level and are included in the annual totals above. - Device expectation: families are asked to provide iPad devices where relevant; iPad/device purchase is not included in the tuition totals.

- Bucket hat (maroon): AUD 9.60.
- School bag: AUD 56.00.
- Library bag: AUD 17.00.
- Polo top (short sleeve): AUD 41.70.
- Jacket: AUD 77.90.

- Building Fund donation: voluntary, tax‑deductible contributions are invited; suggested donation tiers are published and families can add donations to their FACTS account if they wish.
- OSHC / Vacation Care and some external activity charges are additional and billed separately by the OSHC service. Transport options (school bus) may be provided; charges or eligibility differ by service and are separate from tuition.
Refunds, withdrawal and notice
- No reduction in fees is made for students not participating in an official school event; there is no reimbursement of school fees for voluntary family leave such as holiday absences. Students enrolled after the start of the year are charged pro‑rata for the remainder of the year.
- Notice of withdrawal: a full term's written notice is required when a student will be leaving; if such notice is not given, one term's fees will be payable in lieu of notice.
Fee payment options and how payments are accepted
- Primary payment channel: FACTS Management Portal (tailored direct-debit plans — annual, termly, monthly, fortnightly or weekly).
- Building Fund donations can be paid by EFT or in person at the school office; the Uniform Shop accepts orders via the Qkr! app. Families may also arrange negotiated payment plans directly with the Business Manager.
Practical notes on family discounts and concessions
- The published 2026 fee schedule applies a one‑year enrolment discount (25%) for students enrolling in 2026; sibling and GGLPS/Endeavour College sibling discounts are applied as shown above. Families experiencing financial difficulty may apply for concessions and negotiate terms with the Business Manager.
