Application & one-off levies
- Application fee: BWP 250.00.
- Development levy (one-off, non-refundable): BWP 10,000.00.
Tuition — per year group and per term
- Tuition is charged per term at a single rate for primary-year groups (Reception/Grade R through Standard/Grade 7): BWP 25,300.00 per term. There is no separate term-rate listed by year group; the single term rate applies across the primary phase. Annual total (three terms) is BWP 75,900.00.
Available fee payment options and instalment plans
- Annual payment: full-year tuition payable in one payment. A prompt-payment discount of 5% applies when the annual fees are paid in advance by the stated deadline (discounted annual total shown as BWP 72,105.00).
- Single termly payment: BWP 25,300.00 due on or before the first day of school each term.
- Three-instalment option (per term split into three instalments): instalments of BWP 8,434.00, BWP 8,433.00 and BWP 8,433.00 (these three instalments total the term fee and are due across the specified dates for that term).
- Monthly instalments (direct debit available): monthly payments due by the last working day of each month across the stated 12-month schedule; example monthly amount shown is BWP 6,325.00 per month (totaling the annual tuition across the plan). Penalties may be applied for persistent late payment.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition is payable per term in advance unless an approved instalment plan is used. Termly payments are due on or before the first day of school each term. Instalment dates must be observed; failure to pay by the due dates can lead to withdrawal of the instalment option and immediate demand for the outstanding balance and/or withdrawal of the pupil from classes. Standard 7 has a separate payment schedule requiring the year's fees to be cleared by the specified deadline (fees for Standard 7 must be cleared by the end of August under the listed schedule).
