Tuition fees — High School (Brookmere High School)
- Domestic (Canadian citizens, permanent residents, protected persons):
- CAD 900.00 per course.
- CAD 3,600.00 per semester (based on 4 courses).
- CAD 7,200.00 for two semesters (8 courses).
- International students:
- CAD 1,600.00 per course.
- CAD 6,400.00 per semester (based on 4 courses).
- CAD 12,800.00 for two semesters (8 courses).
- Note: updated international high-school pricing is scheduled to take effect in Spring 2027 at CAD 1,900.00 per course (CAD 7,600.00 per 4-course semester).
- Notes on course load and terms: a normal full-time high‑school or English‑studies load is four courses per semester; course- and semester-based billing is used. The College's semester schedule shows Fall, Spring and Summer terms.
Tuition fees — English Studies Program (ESL)
- Domestic: CAD 780.00 per course; CAD 3,120.00 per semester (4 courses).
- International: CAD 1,260.00 per course; CAD 5,040.00 per semester (4 courses).
Tuition fees — University Transfer / Associate of Arts (post‑secondary)
- Domestic: CAD 300.00 per credit (e.g., CAD 3,600.00 based on 12 credits per semester).
- International (current rates applicable through 2026/27 until later updates):
- CAD 610.00 per credit (CAD 7,320.00 based on 12 credits per semester).

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Registration and deposits:
- CAD 175.00 non‑refundable per course registration deposit is required for each course; if full balance is not received by the payment deadline, registered courses may be dropped and the deposit is non‑refundable.
- For new international students, a non‑refundable tuition deposit equal to the cost of eight (8) courses is required to secure admission; transfer students must pay a deposit equal to four (4) courses. Students who pay this deposit commit to at least two consecutive semesters (8 months) of study.
- Payment deadlines and consequences:
- Outstanding fee balances must be received by the College before the published deadlines; if fees are not paid by the deadline (normally within a defined number of business days from registration), courses will be dropped without notice. Late registration rules require full payment at time of registration. A one‑time late registration fee applies during the late registration period.
- Key schedule details and refund windows:
- The Semester Schedule lists add/drop and last-day-to-drop-with-partial-refund dates for each term; courses dropped on or before the last day of registration are refundable less the CAD 175.00 registration deposit; no refund is issued for course withdrawals after the last day of registration.
Boarding / Homestay fees (housing and accommodation)
- Homestay application fee: CAD 200.00 — non‑refundable.
- Homestay monthly rates (student pays the host family directly or as arranged by College):
- Standard zone: CAD 1,350.00 per month (includes three meals per day).
- Vancouver / Burnaby zone: CAD 1,450.00 per month (includes three meals per day).
- Airport pick‑up: CAD 120.00 (service fee for arranged arrival transfer).
- Custodianship document fee: CAD 75.00 (where applicable for minors).
Other costs and typical mandatory / optional fees
- Activity fee (applies to Undergrad, High School and English Studies): CAD 25.00 per semester; updated pricing effective Spring 2027 increases this to CAD 50.00 per semester.
- Book deposit for Senior Secondary & English Studies: CAD 175.00 (CAD 150.00 refundable upon return of undamaged books).
- Private medical plan (for students without BC MSP coverage): CAD 47.00 per month (billed as CAD 188.00 per Fall/Winter semester and CAD 141.00 per Summer semester).

- Course change: CAD 25.00 per transaction.
- Deferral fee: CAD 150.00 per request.

Refund information and procedures
- General rules:
- Students who drop courses on or before the last day of registration receive a refund of the course tuition less the CAD 175.00 registration deposit; there is no refund for withdrawals after the last day of registration.
- International students who have paid a tuition deposit are committed to at least two consecutive semesters (8 months).
- How refunds are processed:
- Refunds are issued to the original payer or to the student, as authorized; refunds are returned by the original method where possible (credit card refunds to the original card, wire refunds to the original source, or cheques where applicable). Refund requests must be submitted using the College's Refund Request Form. Excess funds received from another educational institution are forwarded to that institution less a 5% administrative fee.
- Special cases and appeals:
- Exceptional circumstances may be considered for partial or full refunds by appeal; deportation is not eligible for refund. Appeals and refund decisions follow the College's Tuition Refunds policy and appeal procedures.
Fee payment options and processing times
- Online credit card (Visa / Mastercard) via the Student Portal: processing time ~24 hours. In‑portal credit card payments are supported.
- Online bill payment (bank): allow 2–4 business days.
- PayMyTuition: typically 5–7 business days (international service supporting local currency payments).
- GlobalPay (Western Union / Convera): typically 5–7 business days; allows payment in foreign currency.
- In‑person payments at the Office of the Registrar: cheque, bank draft, debit card, Visa, Mastercard accepted. Cash is not accepted except for balances up to CAD 100.00.
- Processing notes: students must ensure payments clear by published deadlines to avoid automatic course drops; processing times vary by method, so allow the stated lead time when scheduling payment.
