Application fees and deposits
- A tuition deposit is required to secure a student's place; all tuition deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Childcare registration: an application/registration fee equal to two weeks' worth of the child's tuition is required for entry to the FEIA childcare program; this fee is a non-refundable deposit used toward the first and last week of care.
Tuition fees (per year / per term)
- Published boarding price for the Academy is CAD 54,850 (this item is listed as "Tuition and Boarding" for the school's Grades 6–12 programme).
Billing schedule and payment terms
- A tuition deposit is required to confirm enrollment and reserve space; once enrollment is confirmed, tuition and fees are payable in full and remain due.
- Domestic students may cancel in writing prior to the start of the academic year and may be eligible for refund of amounts paid beyond the non-refundable deposit only if written notice is received at least 90 calendar days before the published first day of the academic year; cancellations received fewer than 90 calendar days before the start date are treated as withdrawals and no refunds will be issued.
- Once an offer is accepted and the tuition deposit paid, families are financially responsible for the full academic year's tuition and fees; withdrawals after enrollment do not qualify for refunds or fee reductions.
Boarding fees (where applicable)
- Boarding is included within the published "Tuition and Boarding" fee and covers residence accommodation and meals as described in the Academy brochure. The published combined tuition-and-boarding figure is CAD 54,850.
Other costs and recurring fees
- Late registration fee: a late registration fee of CAD 500 is applied to late registrants as noted in the student handbook schedule.
- Childcare program fees: sample childcare rates and the weekly/full-day fee schedule are published for the childcare program (example: full-week full-days and per-day rates are listed, and late-payment/returned-cheque charges apply). Two weeks' tuition is required as a registration fee for childcare enrolment.
- Program, academy, or specialized-activity fees (for sports academies, camps, external coaching, competitive teams, and similar activities) are charged in addition to tuition and are non-refundable.
- Uniforms are ordered through the school's uniform supplier process and are paid at the point of order (instructions reference entering billing details and proceeding to payment).
Refund information and conditions
- Tuition deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable except in the limited circumstance of a confirmed Canadian study-permit refusal where all refund conditions are met.
- Visa-refusal refund: where the Academy's visa-refusal conditions are satisfied, paid tuition, fees, and deposits will be refunded in full less a CAD 600 administrative fee retained by the Academy; valid documentation and a written refund request within the specified timeframe are required.
- No refunds are provided for withdrawal, dismissal, removal from residence, non-attendance, illness, injury, academic or behavioural reasons, homesickness, dissatisfaction with programming, or other personal circumstances. Force majeure or service-disruption events do not entitle families to refunds or fee reductions. Approved refunds (where applicable) will be applied first to outstanding charges and are processed only after all obligations and return of school property are satisfied.
Fee payment options and invoicing
- Uniform orders and related purchases reference credit-card billing during the ordering process.
- The Academy requires a tuition deposit to secure enrolment and manages billing and payment through the admissions/registrar process; families are advised to coordinate payment arrangements with the admissions or finance office by contacting the Academy's admissions team.
