Per‑term pricing and school calendar
- The school year is divided into five main semesters (each approximately 2 months) plus two summer semesters (each approximately 1 month). Term dates are published for the 2026–2027 academic year.
- Per‑term pricing is published for the Semester Exchange Student Program (CAD 5,000 per term). Annual tuition amounts above are stated as per‑year charges; program‑specific payment rules apply (see Billing schedule & payment terms).
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Full‑year tuition is the normal billing unit for most students; tuition is valid only for one year from the student's start date. Grade 12 students who are Ontario‑registered with a valid OEN may be eligible to pay by course in specific circumstances; otherwise new Green Path Program students must pay full‑year tuition. For students needing fewer than four credits, a minimum charge equal to four courses applies.
- Textbook rental is secured by a refundable deposit: CAD 1,000 security deposit for a full‑time student (or CAD 100 per course if paying by course); a CAD 20 rental fee per course is retained from the deposit when books are returned.
- Routine transaction/bank charge: CAD 35 per bank transaction. Refunds for international study‑permit denials are processed less application and bank transfer fees.
Boarding / residence fees (where applicable)
- On‑campus house, single room: CAD 2,360 – CAD 2,700 per month (includes meals). Typical rental term shown as 10 + 1 months.
- Student condo, single room: CAD 2,100 per month (includes meals). Typical rental term shown as 10 + 1 months.
- Residence service fee (includes bedding set): CAD 460 (one‑time). Key deposit: CAD 200.
Other compulsory and common fees
- Medical insurance: CAD 700 per year.
- Material fee: CAD 260 per year.
- Activity fee: CAD 600 per year.
- Friday Fest (meal fee): CAD 600 for 10 months.
- Locker fee (including deposit): CAD 200.
- Custodian fee (for students under 18): CAD 1,200 per year.
- Airport pick‑up / return: CAD 180 per trip.
- School uniform: CAD 450.
- Book (textbook) deposit: CAD 1,000 per year (see textbook rental terms above).
Refund information
- If Citizenship and Immigration Canada denies a study permit application, a full fee refund is granted less the administration/application fee (CAD 450) and any bank transfer charges; a refund request must include the embassy refusal letter, the school acceptance letter, the original receipt, and a signed written request with payee details. Refunds for study‑permit denial are processed within the timeframe indicated by school policy.
- No refunds are issued for voluntary withdrawal except where the school exercises discretion in extenuating circumstances or where other refund conditions apply (for example as outlined for study‑permit denials). Tuition for Grade 12 students is not refundable if required credits are incomplete. Textbook deposit refunds are calculated after retained rental charges (CAD 20 per course).
Fee payment options and transaction notes
- The school's published fees include a named ‘‘Bank Charge'' of CAD 35 per transaction, and refunds for study‑permit denials are reduced by bank transfer fees; this indicates bank transfer transactions are used for fee payments and that transaction fees apply.
How billing is applied to different student categories (summary)
- New Green Path Program students: full‑year tuition payable.
- Existing Green Path Program students: may follow alternate payment arrangements described by the school (some students may be permitted to pay by course depending on status).
- Grade 12 Ontario‑registered students with OEN: may be eligible to pay by course with minimums and conditions; all other students are expected to pay full‑year tuition.
(Amounts shown are in Canadian dollars. The 2026/27 academic calendar and the published tuition & fees pages specify these amounts and the term structure for 2026–2027.)
