Admissions	Admissions 1. Applications for admission are accepted throughout the school year. AIS Jakarta follows the Australian Curriculum and the school year runs from January to December. At admission, students are evaluated for year-level placement with the aim of progressing to the International Baccalaureate Diploma and/or the AIS High School Diploma. The admissions team is available to assist applicants to ensure a smooth enrolment process.	Admissions Step 1. Create Your Account & Complete the Application Form. Begin your application by creating an account on the SPH Application Portal. One account covers the entire family. Select Kemang Village as the campus and fill out the digital form with your own and your child's details. Step 2. Upload Required Documents. Scan and upload all required documents for your child's application. Documents include birth certificate, passports, family card (Indonesian applicants), KITAS (international applicants), and the report card from the past three years. All documents must be scanned in color, and the portal will guide you through the process. Step 3. Pay the Application Fee. Pay the application fee as directed on the Fees page. Four academic scholarships are available to academically talented Indonesian students who would benefit from and contribute to AIS's international campus in Pejaten, South Jakarta. The scholarship covers 100% of tuition, 100% of the IB Diploma exam fees, and 100% of the capital development fees for the duration of the program; the family covers other costs such as uniforms, camps, and extra-curricular activities. 2. Scholarships SPH Scholarships: An Opportunity for the Gifted. The SPH Scholarships program is available for students from Grades 6 to 11. The SPH Breakthrough Scholarships provide full or partial tuition support for Indonesian students with strong academic, leadership, and character potential. There are three scholarship schemes: Excellence (100%), Premier (75%), Thrive (25%). All Breakthrough Scholarships awardees receive tuition funding from entry grade until graduation (Grade 12).
