Step 1: Rolling admissions. Bellver College operates rolling admissions and welcomes enquiries year‑round. Applications can be submitted at any time, subject to availability in the relevant year group. Because class sizes are small, places are limited and demand is high. Many students join in the Early Years and remain with the school throughout their education. Step 2: Initiate the process. To begin the admissions process or request a personal tour, complete the admissions form. The information provided helps the Admissions Team prepare for the visit, understand the child's needs, and ensure a meaningful initial meeting. After submission, the Admissions Team will contact you to guide you through the next steps and discuss year-group availability. Step 3: Primary admissions (Ages 3–11). An interview with the family is required. Placement is based on previous school records, availability, and ensuring the school can meet the child's needs. From Year 4 onwards, an Entrance Evaluation may be requested, depending on the education system the child is coming from. Informal observations may take place during a school visit. Step 4: Secondary admissions (Ages 11–18). All applicants to Secondary are invited for an interview to understand the student's academic background, interests, and goals. Additional academic assessments (Entrance Evaluation) may be requested if needed. Step 5: Offer & enrolment. Once a place is offered, families receive a welcome pack with start dates, uniforms, class structure, and transition support.

Entry Examination: New pupils aged 6 years or above sit a Cambridge Insight Assessment. Class sizes are limited to 10 pupils. A Tuition Deposit of 1000 Euros is required for new pupils and is refunded in June at the end of the academic year; withdrawal during the academic year results in the loss of the deposit. Monthly Registration Fees start at 90 Euros per month from September 2026, as replacing the annual registration with a monthly plan. Tuition Fees are based on the student's age on 1 September; payments may be made monthly or termly, with a 50 Euro discount for term payments.
