Billing schedule and payment terms
- Fees are stated and invoiced on a termly basis. Direct debit is the school's required method of payment; cash and cheques are not accepted. A full term's written notice is required to withdraw a pupil outside the normal leaving date; failure to give a full term's notice will normally leave parents liable for the following term's fees. - For pupils requiring sponsored visas, additional financial arrangements apply (for example, one full year's fees paid in advance and a one-off sponsorship administration charge).
Boarding
- Eaton House operates as day schools (no boarding provision).
Refunds and notices
- The acceptance deposit is retained by the school while the pupil is on roll and is refunded after the pupil's final term, less any outstanding charges, provided a full term's written notice is given and the child is in attendance when notice is given. The parental contract accompanying an offer will set out specific refund conditions for that place. Late payment charges and other outstanding liabilities will be deducted from any refund due.
Accepted payment methods / fee payment options
- The school requires payment by direct debit as the only accepted method of regular fee payment; cash and cheques are not accepted. Specific one-off or miscellaneous supplier payments (for example, uniform or external tuition providers) are handled by the supplier or by separate arrangement and will follow the supplier's accepted payment methods.

Drama, computing (including Micro:Bits and Python) and online-safety are integral parts of learning, with older pupils introduced to Artificial Intelligence. Lessons are highly differentiated and supported by the Individual Learning Enhancement (ILE) programme, with no fixed sets so pupils progress at their own pace. The school prepares pupils for 11+ entry into senior schools and provides tailored guidance within Dukes Education.
Curriculum details
From Nursery to Year 3, Eaton House Belgravia offers a broad, balanced curriculum that progresses from the Early Years Foundation Stage through Year 3. The curriculum is underpinned by the Early Years Foundation Stage in the early years, with the Primary National Curriculum used as a baseline reference to guarantee coverage and progression; it extends beyond minimum requirements to stretch higher attainers and to provide reinforcement where needed. Learning is enriched through specialist subjects including French, Music, PE, Drama and Forest School, and through a wide range of extra-curricular experiences. From Year 1, core subjects are taught by the class teacher in a class-based model, while specialist teachers deliver PE, French, Drama, Music and Forest School; long-term, medium-term, and short-term planning ensures progression across Nursery to Year 3. The transfer beyond Year 3 to 7+/8+ assessments for senior schools is guided by staff with families, and there is a guaranteed entry policy into the Dukes family for senior schools.

Admissions
1 - Book a Visit. The Head of Admissions guides applicants through every step of the process. Bespoke weekly tours are offered for families, with an opportunity to meet the Headmaster and ask questions. For overseas families, a virtual meeting is available. 2 - Register your Child. Registration is open from birth, and early registration is encouraged. For Rising 3s and Pre-Kindergarten, the first to register join the main list and are guaranteed an offer; for all other year groups, a waiting list applies. A non-refundable registration fee of £100 per child applies for Pre-Kindergarten/Rising 3s and £120 for Kindergarten to Year 6. 3 - Entry Points. The main entry point is Pre-Kindergarten in September after a child's third birthday; since September 2025 rising 3s groups offer an early transition. Offers are made in registration order in the autumn term prior to entry. Younger siblings, children of former pupils and staff, and Riverside Nurseries attendees have priority. Casual Admissions maintain a waiting list for other year groups; Year 2+ entrants attend a Taster Day and complete gentle assessments, which can be carried out remotely if necessary. 4 - How to Accept an Offer of Place. Acceptance requires a deposit of £3,000, with autumn term fees invoiced in the spring term after 1 March. Both the deposit and advance fees are non-refundable if withdrawal occurs before attendance. The deposit is refunded after Year 6, subject to any outstanding fees being settled. 5 - Before the First Day. After a place is confirmed, the school hosts events to help transition for Rising 3s/Pre-Kindergarten; these include opportunities to meet the new teacher and classmates ahead of starting. The school aims to ensure the child is comfortable with the move.
Admissions
Nursery (2+) admissions are non-selective. The online registration form should be used to register your child, and you will receive an email confirming registration within 7 days. There is a non-refundable registration fee of £150 per child. On registration, your child is added to the waiting list. For Nursery entry, places are offered 15 months prior to entry in registration date order, so early registration is recommended. Once a place is offered, it is secured by payment of a deposit and completion of a parental acceptance form. Eaton House Schools is part of the Dukes Education family, which supports a smooth transition from nursery to prep.
Reception (4+) admissions require registration via the online form, and you will receive an email confirming registration within 7 days. There is a non-refundable registration fee of £180 per child. Once registered, a place can be held. Parents are invited to a small group tour with the Head teacher around 18 months before entry, and places are officially offered 12 months before entry. Once offered, places are secured by payment of a deposit and completion of a parental acceptance form. Following acceptance, your child will be invited to a new pupil's event in the term before they start the autumn.
Scholarships
Scholarships
Scholarships are offered in academic and music categories. In recent 11+ cycles, scholarships have been awarded to Year Six pupils across senior schools, with 11 scholarships reported in 2025. The school also notes scholarships of 10 academic and 2 music in other year outcomes.
Scholarships
Scholarships and exhibitions are part of Eaton House The Manor and Eaton House Belgravia progression, with a track record of pupils achieving senior-school scholarships and exhibitions. In 2026, Eaton House The Manor reported over 41 top scholarships and awards across its Prep and Girls' School, with 22 scholarships and exhibitions for the Prep campus and 19 for the Girls' School. Scholarships and exhibitions have included offers to a range of top senior schools such as Westminster, St Paul's, JAGS, Emanuel, Downe House, Godolphin & Latymer, Wimbledon High and many others. The results reflect a culture of high achievement and recognition across academics, sports, drama, art and music.
Waitlist
Waitlist
Casual Admissions maintain a waiting list for admissions into all other year groups, either at the start of the academic year or during the year, depending on availability. Offers are made based on the space available and the order of registration. Priority is given to younger siblings, children of former pupils, and staff, as well as to those connected with Riverside Nurseries, for entry to the Pre-Kindergarten pathway when spaces arise.
Waitlist
Waiting lists exist for entry. Nursery and Reception entries use waiting lists in practice: Nursery places are offered 15 months prior to entry in registration date order, so early registration improves chances. For Reception, after registration a place is held and a decision is typically made with offers occurring about 12 months before entry, with a Head teacher tour around 18 months before entry. These timelines reflect a structured progression from registration to offer, helping families plan ahead.
