Uniform and related costs

- School uniform is required and is supplied through the school's official supplier, Billings & Edmonds (in-store and online). Full uniform lists are published for each site and year group; uniform purchase costs are charged by the supplier.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Fees are stated and invoiced on a termly basis. Direct debit is the school's required method of payment; cash and cheques are not accepted. A full term's written notice is required to withdraw a pupil outside the normal leaving date; failure to give a full term's notice will normally leave parents liable for the following term's fees.
- For pupils requiring sponsored visas, additional financial arrangements apply (for example, one full year's fees paid in advance and a one-off sponsorship administration charge).

Boarding

- Eaton House operates as day schools (no boarding provision).

Refunds and notices

- The acceptance deposit is retained by the school while the pupil is on roll and is refunded after the pupil's final term, less any outstanding charges, provided a full term's written notice is given and the child is in attendance when notice is given. The parental contract accompanying an offer will set out specific refund conditions for that place. Late payment charges and other outstanding liabilities will be deducted from any refund due.

Accepted payment methods / fee payment options

- The school requires payment by direct debit as the only accepted method of regular fee payment; cash and cheques are not accepted. Specific one-off or miscellaneous supplier payments (for example, uniform or external tuition providers) are handled by the supplier or by separate arrangement and will follow the supplier's accepted payment methods.

Academics

Eaton House Schools teaches EYFS (Early years foundation stage), British Curriculum for students aged 2 to 13.

Curriculum

From Nursery to Year 3, Eaton House Belgravia offers a broad, balanced curriculum that progresses from the Early Years Foundation Stage through Year 3. The curriculum is underpinned by the Early Years Foundation Stage in the early years, with the Primary National Curriculum used as a baseline reference to guarantee coverage and progression; it extends beyond minimum requirements to stretch higher attainers and to provide reinforcement where needed. Learning is enriched through specialist subjects including French, Music, PE, Drama and Forest School, and through a wide range of extra-curricular experiences. From Year 1, core subjects are taught by the class teacher in a class-based model, while specialist teachers deliver PE, French, Drama, Music and Forest School; long-term, medium-term, and short-term planning ensures progression across Nursery to Year 3. The transfer beyond Year 3 to 7+/8+ assessments for senior schools is guided by staff with families, and there is a guaranteed entry policy into the Dukes family for senior schools.

Admissions

Admissions

Nursery (2+) admissions are non-selective. The online registration form should be used to register your child, and you will receive an email confirming registration within 7 days. There is a non-refundable registration fee of £150 per child. On registration, your child is added to the waiting list. For Nursery entry, places are offered 15 months prior to entry in registration date order, so early registration is recommended. Eaton House Schools is part of the Dukes Education family, which supports a smooth transition from nursery to prep.

Reception (4+) admissions require registration via the online form, and you will receive an email confirming registration within 7 days. There is a non-refundable registration fee of £180 per child. Once registered, a place can be held. Parents are invited to a small group tour with the Head teacher around 18 months before entry, and places are officially offered 12 months before entry. Once offered, places are secured by payment of a deposit and completion of a parental acceptance form. Following acceptance, your child will be invited to a new pupil's event in the term before they start the autumn.

The results reflect a culture of high achievement and recognition across academics, sports, drama, art and music.

Waitlist

Waiting lists exist for entry. Nursery and Reception entries use waiting lists in practice: Nursery places are offered 15 months prior to entry in registration date order, so early registration improves chances. For Reception, after registration a place is held and a decision is typically made with offers occurring about 12 months before entry, with a Head teacher tour around 18 months before entry. These timelines reflect a structured progression from registration to offer, helping families plan ahead.
