Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition is billed per semester and is due in advance. Standard instalments are payable in August and January. Monthly payment arrangements are available subject to a 2% surcharge. Late cancellation penalties and refunds follow the deadlines set by the school (cancellation by registered letter received by 15 February to avoid late‑cancellation penalties; penalties apply for later cancellations). For cancelled enrolments, the applicable penalties include a charge equal to three months of tuition if cancellation is received between 15 February and 1 June, or a charge equal to one semester if received after 1 June. When a pupil leaves or is expelled during the school year, the interrupted semester is due in full.
Boarding fees

Refunds and cancellations

In case of cancellation of a pre‑enrolment/registration after payment, the registration fee is not refundable; if the school refuses an application, the registration fee is refunded.

Billing schedule and payment terms - Tuition and half‑board are invoiced at the start of each quarter and are payable within 10 days of the invoice. If an invoice is unpaid after 10 days, a formal notice is issued allowing a further 10 days; reminder fees apply (CHF 50 for the first reminder, CHF 100 for the second). Interest is charged at 5% after the second reminder and the school may suspend services or terminate the tuition contract for non‑payment. - In the event of a pupil leaving during a term, tuition and half‑board for the current term (vacations excluded) remain payable in full.

The School offers a global pathway over 6, 10 or 14 years, from primary school (from 1P) or Secondary I (9th grade) to the Swiss maturité or to the double diploma: Swiss maturité + International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP). Primary education is multilingual, with gradual immersion in German and English. Secondary I provides multilingual education in years 9–10 with German and English reinforced at multiple levels, and three streams in year 11: Bilingual German, Bilingual English, and Classic. Gymnasium offers Swiss Maturité in bilingual German or bilingual English, and a Swiss Maturité + IBDP double diploma, plus Sport/Art Studies; extracurricular activities include morning lectures, supervised study, study trips, campus visits and summer schools. Our training paths run from 1P to 10th with plurilingual immersion; from 11th grade onward students choose a pathway leading to the most suitable diploma(s). As of the 2024–2025 academic year, Ecole Moser serves about 450 students.

The curriculum runs from kindergarten to upper secondary. Maternelle (Kindergarten) lasts three years and prepares children for primary school. Primaire (Primary) supports pupils throughout, helping them increase knowledge and skills. Cycle (Middle School) provides a common core of three years, offered in French or in a bilingual French/English programme, and leads to the Swiss high school programme (Plan d'Étude Romand). Secondaire 2 (Upper Secondary) prepares pupils for three diplomas: Swiss Maturité, French Baccalauréat, and the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma. Admissions
Step 1: Parents have initial meeting with Brice Clerc, Head of Admissions, who handles all enquiries so he can get to know each child, their family and their personal circumstances. The initial meeting connects the family and child with the aims of the admissions process and clarifies personal circumstances to guide next steps. It sets the foundation for enrolment discussions.
Step 2: Prospective pupil and parents are given a tour of the school. The tour allows the family to see the school environment and spaces. The tour complements the first step by providing a direct impression of how the school operates. The tour contributes to the decision-making process for enrolment.
Step 3: You will be sent a letter confirming your child's enrolment. The letter is signed by the Director General. The enrolment letter confirms that the child has been accepted. This step finalizes the admissions process.
