Application and enrolment fees
- Registration (enrolment) fee: DKK 1,000 per child, payable on acceptance.
- Deposit to secure a place: DKK 3,000. The deposit is non-refundable if you change your mind after accepting an offer; the deposit is returned to you through the first two fee payments once your child starts.
Tuition fees — international department (amount payable per monthly instalment; fees are payable monthly over 11 months)
- Stage 1–4 (first child): DKK 2,395 per month (DKK 26,345 per school year = DKK 2,395 × 11).
- Stage 1–4 (second child): DKK 1,300 per month (DKK 14,300 per school year).
- Stage 1–4 (third child): DKK 1,300 per month (DKK 14,300 per school year).
- Stage 1–4 (fourth child): DKK 0 per month (no tuition charge).
- Stage 5–11 (first child): DKK 2,550 per month (DKK 28,050 per school year = DKK 2,550 × 11).
- Stage 5–11 (second child): DKK 1,455 per month (DKK 16,005 per school year).
- Stage 5–11 (third child): DKK 1,455 per month (DKK 16,005 per school year).

Other school-related fees and extracurricular care
- SFO (after-school care) — Module 1 (Stages 1–4): DKK 1,170 per month (DKK 12,870 per school year). Sibling reduction: DKK 950 per month for additional children (DKK 10,450 per school year).

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Billing frequency: fees are payable monthly over 11 months (11 equal instalments per school year). The school does not charge for July.
- Payment deadline: the 5th of each month.
- Registration with Betalingsservice (PBS/direct debit) is required for all debtors; payments are normally collected automatically via the bank. Payments made outside PBS incur an additional administration fee of DKK 100 per month. In special cases, payment via an F1 card can be arranged. An invoice address and VAT registration number are provided for invoiced payments.
- Missing CPR number: if a child does not have a Danish CPR number by specified deadlines, an extra school fee may apply (an example surcharge listed is DKK 3,000 per quarter). Government subsidy eligibility is linked to the child having a CPR number.
Notice, leaving and refunds
- Notice on leaving: school charges in whole months; if a pupil leaves mid-month you must pay for the entire month. When leaving the school you must give one month's notice in addition to the final month of attendance.
- Deposit refund: the DKK 3,000 deposit is non-refundable if you decline after accepting an offer; once the pupil starts, the deposit is returned through the first two fee payments (credited against fees).
