Cafeteria provides snack and lunch for Nursery, Pre-Kinder and Kinder; Primary has healthy lunch and a service station; Secondary has one service station. Four permanent service stations in the central cafeteria are Snack Bar, Every Day Lunch, Healthy Zone account, and Sandwich Bar.

The school is a non-profit private school governed by a Board of Directors. The Board is composed of nine principal members and nine alternate members appointed by the General Assembly, and it hires and evaluates the Director General, develops and approves policies, and ensures the financial health of the school.

The curriculum is based on the International Baccalaureate (PYP, MYP, and Diploma Programme) and also meets U.S. college-preparatory standards. There are two sections: National Section (taught 50% English, 50% Spanish) and International Section (taught 90% English, 10% Spanish). Social-emotional Wellbeing is a focus in the Strategic Plan. It ensures all students have a trusted adult and a social connection with their peers to promote wellbeing and social integration, and it uses data collection, analysis, and related interventions to support student wellbeing and develop school values.

Special Education Needs is addressed through a collaborative best-practice approach with a dedicated Student Support Team focused on academic and social outcomes. Services include Learning Support (LS), Speech and Language Therapy (SLT), and English Language Learner (ELL) - International Section; Learning Support uses a Multi-tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) framework to provide universal, small-group, and intensive interventions to meet diverse learning needs.

English Language Learner (ELL) Support (International Section): The ELL teacher works within MTSS to support students with specific English Language Learning needs. Accommodations may reinforce reading, writing, speaking, and listening, and collaboration with classroom teachers provides appropriate scaffolding to ensure equal access to the curriculum.

Mental wellbeing is integrated into the Strategic Plan under Social-emotional Wellbeing, which aims to promote wellbeing and social integration by ensuring every student has a trusted adult and social connections with peers; the school collects data and implements interventions to support wellbeing and reinforce school values.

Safeguarding is supported by the Personal Data Protection Policy, which outlines how the school protects personal data in accordance with the Organic Law on Personal Data Protection (LOPDP). Scholarships: The Scholarship Program provides assistance to families that have fallen on hard times, including those affected by the loss of a parent or financial guardian. The school can only resource a limited number of scholarships through its budget. The goal is to expand the sourcing of the program by partnering with community sponsors and future donors.
