Application and assessment fees
- Entrance assessment: EUR 50 per new student (assessment required for entry from CP onward).
- Contribution to the development fund (one-off, payable on entry): EUR 1,000 per new pupil.
Annual and per-year-group tuition (academic year 2026/2027)
- Secondary school (6e, 5e, 4e, 3e) — Sunflowers Campus: EUR 8,515 per year; Glaisins Campus: not applicable. Annual administrative fee: EUR 460.
- Primary school (Kindergarten and Elementary) — Sunflowers Campus: EUR 7,820 per year for the first child; EUR 6,880 per year for the second child and subsequent children. Glaisins Campus: EUR 7,465 per year for the first child; EUR 6,570 per year for the second child and subsequent children. Annual administrative fee: EUR 460.
Payment-frequency and installment detail (how fees are billed / payment options within the academic year)
- Standard billing structure: two non-refundable deposits followed by payment of the balance. The deposits are: first non-refundable deposit EUR 600 (payable within two weeks of acceptance or on receipt of re-enrolment contract for returning pupils) and second non-refundable deposit EUR 1,400 (payable before 10 July). The remaining balance for the year is due on receipt of the invoice before 10 September for annual payment.
- Monthly instalment option: the school allows payment by 8 monthly instalments (September to April) with an additional administration charge of EUR 200 per child. Instalments are scheduled on the 10th of each month from September to April when this option is chosen. The deposits above are credited against the invoice.
- Note on what the invoice includes: the billed total can include tuition, annual administrative fees and the contribution to the development fund where applicable; other services (Learning Centre, cafeteria, daycare, outings, trips, materials) are billed separately as applicable.
Boarding
- Boarding is not offered for this age range at this school (no boarding fees apply). The school operates as a day school for ages 3–14.
Other mandatory and optional costs (examples and typical amounts)
- Annual administrative fee: EUR 460 (charged each year for first enrolment / re-enrolment).
- School supplies and materials (mandatory): Kindergarten supplies package EUR 55; Elementary supplies package EUR 145. Cambridge programme books (secondary) are purchased by the school and rented to parents at about EUR 20–25 per year. Chromebook provisioning: EUR 56 (one-off provisioning) plus EUR 12/month on a rent-to-own basis. Cohesion week (start of year, primary/secondary): approximately EUR 220 (three days, two nights). Typical field-trip budgeting: primary ~EUR 50–150 average per year; specific trips (CM1, CM2, collège) have separate approximate costs listed (e.g., CM1 ~EUR 350; CM2 international trip ~EUR 800; secondary longer trips up to ~EUR 2,000 for some programmes). Cafeteria / meals: Kindergarten EUR 6.60 per meal; Elementary EUR 6.85 per meal; International lunch option (secondary/selected days) EUR 8.50–10.00 per lunch; supervision (lunchbox option) EUR 1.90. Daycare (per 45-minute segment): EUR 3 with prior reservation, EUR 5 without reservation. Accompanied homework sessions: approx. EUR 5 per 45 minutes (primary) and EUR 6 per hour (secondary). These items are charged in addition to tuition and are listed as mandatory or optional depending on the activity.
Refunds and cancellation / early-departure charges
- Both deposits are explicitly non-refundable (first deposit EUR 600; second deposit EUR 1,400). The balance payment and cancellation schedule for the 2026/2027 year is: departure between 1 September 2026 and 17 October 2026 — 35% of the annual tuition remains due; departure between 18 October 2026 and 19 December 2026 — 75% of the annual tuition remains due; departure on or after 1 January 2027 — 100% of the annual tuition remains due. These percentages are calculated on the basis of the annual tuition.
Learning-support / remedial programme charges (Learning Centre)
- Learning Centre (ESL / FLE and remedial support) is available from CP onward. Typical rates used as examples: secondary sessions — 45-minute individual lesson EUR 26.25 or 60-minute individual lesson EUR 35; shared/group sessions are lower (e.g., ~EUR 15 for 45 minutes or EUR 20 for 60 minutes). Primary FLE/ESL support: approx. EUR 20 per hour (individual or group). These charges are billed in addition to tuition.
Fee payment methods (how fees are typically paid)
- Typical payment methods documented by the school include bank transfer (virement), direct debit / SEPA (prélèvement) and payment by cheque; parents are requested to supply a RIB and SEPA mandate where required. Some school services and clubs also list the possibility to use vouchers (chèque vacances) in specific contexts. Credit-card payment is not listed as a standard, published method in the school's billing documents.
