Application and registration fees
- New-family administrative (frais de dossier) fee: EUR 400 per family.
- Material participation (matériel scolaire): EUR 200 (charged at registration). This material participation is refundable only if the registration is cancelled before May 15.
Tuition — monthly, per-term and per-year amounts (2025–2026 academic year)
- Academic year length and billing basis:
- The school year runs from September to the end of June (10 chargeable months). Tuition is presented as a monthly forfait; annual fees can be paid in advance.
- Full-time (maternelle and primary — 4 days/week):
- Monthly: EUR 955 per month.
- Annual (10 months, September–June): EUR 9,550 per year (EUR 955 × 10).
- Per term (school year divided into three trimesters): EUR 3,183.33 per trimester (EUR 9,550 ÷ 3).
- Happyland (Mini-Club — Wednesdays and small school holidays):
- Monthly option: EUR 120 per month.
- Annual (10 months): EUR 1,200 per year. Per trimester: EUR 400.
- Part-time (mi-temps) options (available for 2-year-old class):
- Mi-temps (mornings only): EUR 700 per month → EUR 7,000 per year → EUR 2,333.33 per trimester.
- Mi-temps + lunch: EUR 780 per month → EUR 7,800 per year → EUR 2,600.00 per trimester.
- Mi-temps + lunch + Mini-Club: EUR 850 per month → EUR 8,500 per year → EUR 2,833.33 per trimester.
Other fees and extra costs
- Occasional Mini-Club day (with lunch): EUR 60 per day.
- Private/support lessons (FLE or ESL): EUR 25 per hour (first term offered).
- Late pick-up fee after 18:30: EUR 10 per each 5 minutes late.
- Meal reimbursement in case of medical absence (>1 week with medical certificate): EUR 4 per meal refunded.
- Uniforms/tabliers and any required personal items: ordered and paid for by parents through the supplier indicated by the school (parents pay supplier directly).
- Special case for families not domiciled in the region: registration is accompanied by a non‑refundable payment equal to three months of tuition.
Discounts and sibling reductions
- Sibling discounts as stated:
- For 2 children: −5% for the first child and −10% for the second child.
- For 3 children: −15% for the third child.
- A 5% reduction is applied when the full year is paid in advance (payment due before 15 September).
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Payment methods accepted for the 2025–2026 year:
- Monthly by direct debit (prélèvement) — recommended; parents provide bank details and an authorization mandate.
- Annual payment by bank transfer or cheque (annual payment must be made before 15 September to qualify for the 5% discount).
- Monthly instalments:
- The annual charge can be spread over ten monthly instalments payable before the 5th of each month.
- Consequences of non‑payment or contract breach:
- The annual tuition is fixed and no pro‑rata deductions are made for absences or vacations, except for meal refunds under the medical-absence rule.
- In case of departure during the school year, a two‑month notice period remains due unless otherwise agreed with the Direction.
Boarding
- Boarding is not applicable; the school provides day‑school (maternelle and primary) services only.
Refunds and non‑refundability
- Registration and administrative fees are non‑refundable. The material participation fee is refundable only if registration is cancelled before May 15. Meal fees are refundable at the stated fixed rate when absence exceeds one week and is justified by a medical certificate. For families not resident in the region, the three‑month tuition deposit is non‑refundable.
