Application / Deposit fee
- A deposit of EUR 1,000 is required for all new students enrolling for the upcoming academic year. This deposit must be paid by 15 August preceding the academic year and is deducted from the initial invoice(s). The deposit requirement is waived for families enrolling after the start of the school year. Refunds of the deposit follow a fixed schedule: withdrawal before 1 June: 30% refund of the deposit; withdrawal between 1 June and 31 July: 50% refund of the deposit; withdrawal on or after 1 August: no refund of the deposit.
Tuition fees by year group (published annual amounts)
- Pre‑K, K, Grade 1 (ages 3–6): EUR 9,100 per year (regular programme: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday). Wednesday attendance is optional and priced separately at EUR 2,400 per year.
- Grades 2–5 (ages 7–10): EUR 9,100 per year (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday morning, Thursday, Friday). Optional extended Wednesday care (11:45–17:30) is EUR 1,200 per year.
- Grades 6–10 (ages 11–15): EUR 12,900 per year.
- Grades 11–12 (ages 16+): EUR 16,250 per year. College counselling, IB Diploma Programme online course costs and IB exam fees are invoiced separately.
Optional meal costs (annual and monthly)
- Hot lunch (prepared on site) — 4 lunches per week: EUR 1,360 per year (equivalent to EUR 136 per month when divided across the school billing months).
- Hot lunch (prepared on site) — 5 lunches per week: EUR 1,700 per year (equivalent to EUR 170 per month when divided across the school billing months).
Billing schedule, instalments and payment terms
- Tuition is payable in advance on the 15th of each month from August through May; the first instalment is due by 15 August preceding the academic year. Meal costs are billed monthly on the last day of the month from September through June. For students enrolling after the start of the academic year, tuition is invoiced on a pro‑rata basis and payment is due within 15 days of the invoice. Payments may be made by bank transfer or by cheque.
- Because the school's published billing period runs from August to May (10 months), a practical monthly instalment can be calculated by dividing the annual tuition by 10. Examples (monthly instalment = annual ÷ 10):
- Pre‑K / K / Grade 1: EUR 9,100 per year → EUR 910 per month; optional Wednesday: EUR 2,400 → EUR 240 per month.
- Grades 2–5: EUR 9,100 per year → EUR 910 per month; optional Wednesday: EUR 1,200 → EUR 120 per month.
- Grades 6–10: EUR 12,900 per year → EUR 1,290 per month.
- Grades 11–12: EUR 16,250 per year → EUR 1,625 per month.
- Hot lunch (4/wk): EUR 1,360 per year → EUR 136 per month; Hot lunch (5/wk): EUR 1,700 per year → EUR 170 per month.
Late payment penalties and recovery fees
- Late payments incur an annual interest rate of 10% (applied from the day following the payment due date until the outstanding balance is paid) plus a fixed recovery fee of EUR 40. These penalties follow the provisions of the French Commercial Code.
Withdrawal and tuition‑refund policies
- Families must give written notice of at least two months for withdrawals during the academic year. Tuition covering this two‑month notice period is non‑refundable. Any additional tuition or fees paid beyond that notice period will be refunded on a pro‑rata basis. Students enrolling after the start of the academic year are invoiced pro‑rata for the remaining school days/months; first‑month calculations for mid‑month starts are also on a pro‑rata basis.
Deposit and other financial responsibilities
- The EUR 1,000 deposit is deducted from the initial invoice(s) for new enrolments and may be waived for enrolments after the school year starts. Families are financially responsible for any damage to school premises or facilities caused by their children and must pay invoices for restoration within one month of receipt.
Boarding fees
- The school operates as a day school with wrap‑around care (start as early as 07:45 and after‑school care to 17:30/18:00 depending on level) and does not publish boarding options or boarding fees; therefore boarding fees are not applicable.
