Application / One‑time entrance fee
- A one‑time entrance fee is charged at contract signing; the amount depends on gross family income. The one‑time entrance fees range from EUR 212 to EUR 1,378 for Primary (Reception + Primary) and from EUR 223 to EUR 1,447 for Secondary (Grade 5). Tuition — structure and how fees are stated
- Tuition is income‑based (fees are set according to worldwide gross family income in the previous calendar year). Fees in the published price list are shown as average monthly rates calculated over 12 months. Payments are invoiced per semester in advance; monthly payment is possible with a 3% surcharge, and full‑year advance payment is offered with a 2% discount. An administration fee of EUR 50 applies to any subsequent change of payment arrangement/invoice. Textbooks are included in the tuition; class trips, excursions and certain additional services are not covered by tuition. Families with two or more children receive a 10% sibling discount on tuition for the second and third child (the entrance fee, lunch and additional services are excluded from the sibling discount).

Billing schedule and payment terms (summary)
- Fees are charged as monthly average rates calculated for 12 months per year. Payments are invoiced per semester in advance (two semesters: Sep 1–Feb 28/29 and Mar 1–Aug 31). Monthly payment is possible with a 3% surcharge; payment for a full school year in advance receives a 2% discount. Changes to the chosen payment mode after invoicing incur an administration fee of EUR 50 per invoice line item. Failure to submit required income evaluation documentation by the due dates will result in charging the maximum (highest) fee bracket.
Fee payment arrangements / payment options
- Parents are asked to indicate their preferred mode of payment; the school will make arrangements and issue invoices accordingly. Specific accepted payment channels (for example bank transfer or other methods) are arranged with the school during invoicing.
Additional notes
- Sibling discount: 10% discount on tuition for the second and third child (entrance fee, lunch and additional services excluded).
- Scholarships: Partial scholarships are available for eligible families in need; scholarships reduce the family contribution according to the school's selection process.
(Fees and conditions above apply to the school year 2026/27 as published in the official SIS Kassel price list.)
