Kita First Steps operates weekdays 8:00–16:30. After-school care provides an all-day program with a large outdoor area next to the forest and various activities. International Primary School follows a rhythmic daily routine with lessons, a common lunch break and leisure activities. The upper school offers comprehensive support including mentoring and career guidance.

Lunches are supplied by a regional organic wholefood provider from Berlin. The children prepare breakfast and snacks. All food is delivered to the house. Children are provided with sufficient drinks (water and/or tea) throughout the day.
