Billing schedule and payment terms
- Academic year begins in April. Fee for the entire academic year is chargeable irrespective of the date of admission or leaving the school. Students in Grades 10 and 12 are charged an extra quarter when the school is operational for the additional period.
- Standard billing schedule: four installments due by 10 April, 10 July, 10 October and 10 January of the academic session; a student is considered continuing to the next session only after payment of the 1st installment by the due date.
- Late payment charge: INR 100 per day (including Sundays/holidays/vacations) applied to overdue installments; non‑payment by the last day of the installment month may lead to de‑enrolment. Bounced cheque bank charges are recoverable from parents.
Other costs and chargeable items
- Charges for external examinations (for example, IGCSE / IB Diploma examination fees) are not included in the fee figures above and are charged separately. After‑school / outsourced activities are separately chargeable. Books, stationery, uniform, transport and canteen charges are not included in the listed annual fees.
- The school does not compel parents to buy uniform, stationery or books from a particular vendor. Uniform is required by policy but its cost is charged separately where applicable.
Refund information and refundable items
- Refundable items identified in the fee schedules: caution money (day) and security deposit (boarding) are refundable per the published fee notes. The admission fee is shown as a one‑time charge; the fee schedule states the academic year fee is chargeable for the full year irrespective of admission/withdrawal, which governs refunds/pro‑rata adjustments. Non‑payment consequences and collection of late charges are set out in the fee notes.
Fee payment options
- Accepted payment methods listed include cash, cheque, demand draft (DD), online payment through Schoolknot, and bank transfer (RTGS/NEFT) to the school's bank account (HDFC Bank). Parents are instructed to mention the child's name and grade on payment. Specific online payment links and bank account details are published for payment processing.
