Billing schedule and payment terms
- The financial session is divided into two terms (July–December and January–June). All students are required to pay fees for all 12 months of the academic session. Regular session fees are collected in 8 instalments across the session. To hold a seat for the next session parents are asked to pay the July fee in advance by the end of April.
- Due dates and late charges:
- Monthly fees should be deposited by the 10th of each month (if the 10th is a holiday/Sunday, the 9th). After the due date a late‑payment fine of INR 400 is applied; from the 11th of the month until month end, fees are accepted only by Bank Draft. If fees are not paid by the last date of the month the student's name may be struck off the attendance register. A bounced cheque attracts an administrative charge of INR 300. Boarding / hostel
