Application & registration fees
- Kindergarten (Canadian Kindergarten): Registration fee RM 5,500 (RM 1,000 required with initial application; balance payable on acceptance).
- Canadian programme (Grades 1–3): Registration fee RM 5,500.
- Canadian programme (Grades 4–5): Registration fee RM 5,500.
- Canadian programme (Grades 6–8): Registration fee RM 6,500.
- Canadian programme (Grades 9–11): Registration fee RM 7,600.
- IBDP (Year 1 & 2): Registration fee RM 7,600.
- Cambridge (Years 1–4): Registration fee RM 5,500.
- Cambridge (Years 5–6): Registration fee RM 5,500.
- Cambridge (Years 7–9): Registration fee RM 6,500.

Tuition fees (per semester) — full detail by year group
- Kindergarten (per semester): RM 22,500 (two semesters per year). Annual equivalent RM 45,000.
- Canadian Grades 1–3 (per semester): RM 27,500 (annual equivalent RM 55,000).
- Canadian Grades 4–5 (per semester): RM 32,500 (annual equivalent RM 65,000).
- Canadian Grades 6–8 (per semester): RM 35,000 (annual equivalent RM 70,000).
- Canadian Grades 9–11 (per semester): RM 40,000 (annual equivalent RM 80,000).
- IBDP Year 1 & 2 (per semester): RM 47,500 (annual equivalent RM 95,000).
- Cambridge Years 1–4 (per semester): RM 27,500 (annual equivalent RM 55,000).
- Cambridge Years 5–6 (per semester): RM 32,500 (annual equivalent RM 65,000).
- Cambridge Years 7–9 (per semester): RM 35,000 (annual equivalent RM 70,000).
- Cambridge Years 10–11 (per semester): RM 40,000 (annual equivalent RM 80,000).
Deposit, international-admin and other recurring mandatory items
- Academic deposit (all academic levels): RM 5,000. The academic deposit is retained while the student is studying and is refundable on completion of Year 11 / Grade 11 or IBDP Year 2, or if the school receives one semester's (6 months) notice of withdrawal while the student is still enrolled.
- International Admin Fee (applicable to international students): RM 750 per semester for all levels shown.
- External test / exam fees (where applicable): Ontario Literacy Test RM 700 per exam sitting (Grades 9–11 example shown). Other external exam charges are not covered by tuition.
- Student Visa: RM 400 (cash) to be submitted to Admissions at the start of semester for students applying for a Student Visa (fee not included in published tuition).
- The costs of school-regulated uniforms, laptops, textbooks, calculators and other materials are NOT included in the published tuition and must be budgeted separately.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Academic year structure: two semesters per year; each semester is six (6) months. Semester fees are invoiced per semester and are payable prior to the commencement of each new semester.
- Registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Deposit refund condition: the academic deposit is refundable only upon completion of Year 11 / Grade 11 or IBDP Year 2 at the school, or if one semester's (6 months) notice of withdrawal is received while the student is still studying.
Boarding fees (SIS House)
- Application (SIS House): RM 1,000 — non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Boarding deposit (Key, Card & Rental): RM 1,500.
- Boarding fee (SIS House): RM 12,000 per semester. Annual equivalent RM 24,000. Boarding fee is payable prior to the commencement of each new semester.
- SIS House Meal Plan: RM 5,750 per semester (Monday–Friday: breakfast, lunch and dinner; Saturday: breakfast and lunch; excludes Sundays, public holidays and school holidays).
- The boarding fee covers accommodation, laundry services, housekeeping, allotted utilities, Wi‑Fi and security services; failure to settle boarding fees by the advised date may result in disruption to these services.
Other costs and fees
- School-regulated uniforms, laptops, textbooks, calculators and other materials are additional and not included in the published fee schedules.
- External examination costs and any subject-specific charges are additional to the tuition and are billed separately where applicable.
- For international students, additional immigration- or visa-related charges apply (Student Visa fee RM 400 cash at start of semester).
Refund information (academic & boarding)
- Registration fee: non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Academic deposit: refundable on completion of Year 11 / Grade 11 or IBDP Year 2, or if the school receives one semester's (6 months) notice of withdrawal while the student is still enrolled.
- Boarding application fee: expressly non-refundable. Other boarding refunds (deposit or partial) are governed by SIS House terms; boarding fees and meal plan are payable prior to commencement of each semester.

- Accepted payment methods: Cheque, JomPAY (internet & mobile banking), Online Payment (epayment portal), Telegraphic Transfer (TT) or Direct Bank‑In. Semester invoices are payable prior to the start of each semester.

- Semester fees are invoiced per semester and must be paid prior to the commencement of each semester; failure to settle fees by the advised date may result in disruption of services.
- The school reserves the right to revise fees when deemed necessary; all published fees are shown in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
