Billing schedule & payment terms
- Payment of the inscription is due within ten (10) business days after issuance of the letter of acceptance; the school issues a bank reference for the payment. Payment may be made by electronic bank transfer or by deposit in bank window.
- The entrance‑exam fee must be paid when the application form is submitted and is not refundable.
- The school issues the student's institutional account and the list of required materials prior to the start of the school year; that account is used to process the required payments.
Boarding fees
- Boarding: Not applicable. The Liceo Mexicano Japonés operates as a day school and does not offer boarding services; therefore there are no boarding fees.
Other costs and recurring extras
- School supplies and uniforms: A list of required school supplies is provided to families before the start of the school year; the school does not publish standardized uniform or textbook prices in the admission documents. Costs for uniforms, textbooks and materials are charged separately and vary by provider.
- Meals, transportation and certain extracurricular workshops or extension‑hour activities are additional and billed separately (costs vary).
- Occasional activity fees (field trips, intercambios, special programs) are charged as they occur; specific amounts are communicated to families in advance.
Refund information
- Inscription (registration) refunds follow the conditions set out in the school's Contract of Provision of Educational Services and applicable federal rules: registrants are entitled to a full refund of amounts paid for inscription/reinscription when the school is notified at least two months before the start of courses for annual cycles; if notice is given later, refund or discount conditions are set in the contract. The contract clauses referenced in the admission documents establish the exact terms.
Fee‑payment methods and options
- Bank transfer (electronic) and deposit in bank window are explicitly available for inscription and related payments; the school provides a bank reference for each payment. Families are required to send the bank receipt/proof of payment to the admissions email or the department indicated.
Notes on the figures presented above
- Published monthly tuition and inscription amounts above are the figures listed by current public school admission documents and by recent published school‑profile listings for the 2025–2026 / 2026–2027 admission cycle; the school's admission PDFs explicitly specify the non‑refundable exam fee and the payment methods and timelines but do not publish a full public table with every billing option or a detailed monthly payment calendar. Families should treat the listed inscription and monthly colegiatura figures as the stated amounts available in the publicly posted admission notices and third‑party school listings.
